Richland Village Apartments

Stay Away From Here. If you have a dog the tennants will tell you where to take your dog. A lot of the buildings over there the tennants don't even want anyone taking the dogs in the back. Where dogs are suppose to go. I seen a lot of tennants put there dogs on a tie out with tie out cable "stake you put in ground" because the way tennats like to tell them where to take there pet. Somne tennants even had dog houses for there best friend. I am sorry but I am not stupid enough to let my pet do her business in front of someones poorch or elsewhere. I usually took my pet far as I could from the apartment building in the back but still was not good enough. I had one tennats sun tell me I should take my pet to do her business on the rail road tracks. I am sorry but that is private proberty! I would not live here because the tennants will harrass you over stupid things like this. As the other reviews say there is a lot of drinking and drugs that go on over there. There may even be drug dealing too. Especially arounf 3am!!! If you do contact management you will not get anywhere because the same person does not own all the building. Different people own them.…

Don't Live Here!. This place has went to the dogs. It looks like the gettos of Portland. It seems like a lot of people that used to live in Tree Top apartments move to Emily Lane. Seems like some of the Tree Top tennants want to cause trouble. I lived here over five years until the building I lived in foreclosed in Jan. At least seven building have foreclosed or went up for sale. I would not recommend anyone living here. The tennants bascally get away with everything unless someone reports it. A lot of the times when tenants do report other tennants they seem to know who did it. Top that there is no manager or security on site. The buildings have this nasty green mold on them. The mold just looks nasty. The mold started around 2009. BEWARE this place does not do background checks bascially anyone can move in. I use to live around two offenders that is on a registery. As far as getting sleep you won't get any here. Between the loud music and the train here. At times the trains comes by about 3 or 4 an hour. There is a lot of drinking and drugs that goes on here to. There is always cops called out for something. If you don't like drama don't live here! The tennats will bullying other tennants. I use to have tennats give me these evil stares and not say anything. I felt like saying what are you staring at? The building that seem to be creepy is 114. That is where I would get all the evil stares. Other people there had the same problem.Don't live here! There are not hardly any rules here. Tenants are really LOUD and even at 3am in the morning. FORCLOUSERS ALL THE TIME!!!. i have lived in alot of apartments and richland village is the worst. my apartment forcloused in Janurary because the owner did not pay his morgage. the apartments are dumpy they do not do nothing to them before you move in. there are green mold on the buildings. there owned by differant realtors there is no land on site. i was there for 4 years and had to leave i due forcloser. the police is out there all the time. there is drugs and drinking till all hours of the night. car radio's blasted up for hours you will not get no sleep. the 3rd year i lived there someone tried to break into the apartment i never felt safe. i was lucky i was there for 4 years some people do not lasted that long. there are alot of evil people that live there. there is no background check. the company that forclosed my apartment had no feelings at all. most of the dogs over there where not on a leach. the pictures on the internet are deciving do not be fooled by the pictures online. there not townhouses there dumpy run down apartment that nobody seems to want to own. and to many people own them. i would never rent a place again where a landlord is not on the property. so do you self a favor NEVER NEVER NEVER rent from richland village. there the worst apartments in portland. even worst than tree top and that is bad. if you have children stay away all i am going to say they let anyone in these apartments. if you love you children find another place to live. if your a christian you do not belong here i found a much better apartment i feel like i went from rags to rich's over night. i am still in shock how nice of a place i live in now compared to richland village and i pay the same amount of rent. thank you JESUS for getting me out of that dump. It is Like Living in HELL HILL of portland!. do not live here the pictures on the internet are deciving the buildings have green mold. they are not condos. there run down townhouses. they do not have alot room. no linen closet. no coat closet. the police is always called ou.t there is a register sex offender that lives here. i do not no what happend and i am not going to judge. he does not bother anyone but i live 3 building over so i do not talk to him i have seened since i been here. 7 buildings forclosed. i also seen one guy live on emily lane for 3 months and had to leave due to forcloser. i felt so sorry for him. there is drugs and drinking here too. i just would not live here most of them cost 450.00 a month. when i moved in nothing was clean. the mangers do not care who they let in in. i do not think they do background checks on people. the out side looks like the getto's of portland. partying till all time of the night. i am leaving at the end of feburary. i can not wait all i have to say do not get to comfortable in your townhouse. it is just a matter of time before it forcloses.…
