Excellent customer service. Just received my first tattoo, inked by Will. I visited several shops, and this had the friendliest staff. Will took the time to listen to what I was wanting, and offer advice on the design. The finished work looks great, and I'll be getting more work done. They're readily available for questions afterward.

Odd practices. I have gotten two tattoos from this place and neither time would they setup their instruments in front of me. This has finally made me uncomfortable enough to never go back. That, in addition to the fact that they act insulted that I would even dare to ask them to do so.

A Refreshing Change. I got a cover-up tattoo from Will, and I do not hesitate to say that he is a professional in every sense of the word. Excellent customer service, sincerity, artistry, and great "bedside manner." The shop itself is immaculate, with a great selection of images. I would recommend them to anyone.
