I love this place. I am starting out anew and when I stumbled upon this place I am surprised by the prices of the sandwiches. Great services too.

lord there is deli. it will knock nashville over like a brick wall ,the best go enjoy and feel like ur in heaven ,the best, not just a piece of day old bread with 2 slices of meat butt a heap of meat u cant go wrong, watching out for other they will just fall apart this is the only place to go

Just Awesome!. I went on a Sunday with my gf. It was awesome! The line was long, since it was lunch on right after church, but we went through it quickly. I had the Philly and I was blown away by how good it was! The gf got a wrap and it was ok., but the Philly was marvelous! The sandwich filled me up as well. It takes a lot to satisfy my hunger. I couldn't even think about starting on the parfait I got with it. The price was right too. The Philly was under $7. Add a drink, and your riding around $10 for a great meal. They don't skimp on the meat either!

Colorful yet understated describes the wall decor at this chain restaurant. Patrons order upon entering and then find a table or booth. With soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps and tempting desserts, this deli has something for everyone. Calorie watchers should try the spinach veggie wrap with spinach, sprouts, fresh mushrooms, homemade pico de gallo, guacamole, Asiago cheese, served with a side of fresh fruit, steamed vegetables or potato chips.

Avoid the catering service. Avoid the catering/delivery service for the Franklin Jason's Deli location ... although the food is fine (if it arrives) and the online ordering is quite convenient, I have yet to receive a catering order that was accurate. Today was my third - and last - experience with this Jason's deli location.

I work for a large company in the Cool Springs area; my department usually has in-office lunch meetings once or twice a week. Jason's is BY FAR the worst for service. For example, when I called today to request that the part of the order that was forgotten be delivered, I was told "we'll send it when we have someone available." I received an incorrect order with a side of attitude for a mere $190.00 ... tasty!

Perhaps the service when dining inside the Deli is better, but for me, the food is not nearly good enough to outshine the continual poor service and less than friendly attitude of the staff I have spoken with ... the delivery persons are the only exception - they have been quite courteous; unfortunately, they can't help me when the order is wrong from the store.

I recommend you avoid Jason's Deli if you have any desire whatsoever for a correct order from friendly staff.

The food is great, but the staff aren't very friendly..... I've eaten at this deli a number of times and the food is good but each time I place an order the young lady behind the counter isn't remotely nice. The last time I was here the young lady even checked her text messages while I decided what to order. I understand we all have bad days, but they all seem to be bad for some of the staff at this location. I would recommend this place for the food not so much the service which is the reason I only gave it 4 stars.

Mucho Deliciouso!. Jason's Deli is awesome. I've had their boxed lunches through work several times and have never been disappointed. They don't try and skimp on lunch meat either!

Great Deli!. Wow - a good deli - with choices - sandwiches and salads - and they are good - plus ice cream! Location is good. Lunch time is busy.

GREAT deli~!. finally, a decent deli! the atmosphere is typical cool springs, very pleasant, of course it is a little chaotic at lunch time. the food is fantastic, this is not your typical deli!
