Wonderful service, gorgeous dresses. I had a great experience here. I didn't end up buying my dress here, but I had a wonderful experience. The ladies are laid-back but professional, inviting, and just plain fun. Highly recommended.
Wonderful Time @ Bride Room. Amazing service. Stephanie is the nicest most fun person to work with. It is so nice when someone that is selling you a dress is so excited for you. She is amazing and patient. Get your wedding dress at Bride Room!
Terrific Service!. My visit to The Bride Room was my first adventure for trying on dresses. I was nervous because I had heard awful horror stories about people having trouble with sales staff at various dress shops. My experience was absolutely wonderful! The shop is very inviting and completely no pressure. My mother and I were allowed to choose the dresses ourselves and and my salesgirl helped me with everything! She had great suggestions and wasn't pressuring in the least. There was plenty of privacy for changing dresses too! The shop has two mirrors so you aren't crowded if someone else is also trying on dresses. I absolutely loved my experience at TBR and will probably buy my dress there!
Lovely shopping experience. I came in from out of town, made an appointment and made it clear that it would be my first time trying on dresses. Amanda was a joy to work with as I selected gowns to try on. There was no high-pressure sale, and the store is beautiful and inviting. Also, the dresses are amazing. Everytime I stepped out of the dressing room, Amanda would select veils and accessories to accent the gowns. I would highly recommend this store to any bride looking for a relaxing dress-shopping experience, a wide range of gowns and amazing customer service.
Amazing all around..... So, i was expecting really high prices given the designers they carry but was so pleasently suprised by the wide range of prices and styles... quality over quantity here too... where some places had 200 gowns and I found a couple to try on, The Bride Room had maybe 50 gowns and i took back 10 of them to try on! The girls helping me were so wonderful... so fashionable and Knowledgeable... and not pushy! Loved every minute... purchased my gown there on the spot! I highly reccommend The Bride Room! ....oh, and she mentioned that they are moving to Green Hills in March -- closer to me!
BEST NASHVILLE SELECTION. This store is not only beautiful but the dresses were the best selection in Nashville for high quality designers. The overall experience helped make me feel like a true bride.
Not what I expected. I was not impressed with this store. They seemed to have more of a selection for bridesmaid dresses...they had 3 racks of bridal gowns- none of which suited my taste or budget for that matter. I was told the first rack started at 700-1000, second rack 1000-2000 amd the third went from 2500- up. The 700-1000 rack (more in my budget) was filled with styles that I would never wear (and I am looking for a very sleek and streamlined dress...nothing too crazy! The staff was on the phone the entire time, so I was not able to ask questions etc.
