Very disappointed with this shop. I asked for a 6 inch piece of exhaust pipe to be cut out and have some new pipe welded in. They said that would be fine and I waited for about 30 minutes while they finished another job. When they got my car on the lift they told me that they would not do the work with out replacing the Cat. The cat works perfectly fine and the car passes emissions. When I told him I didn't need a new cat they told me the simple patch job that I was requesting wouldn't make them enough money and that replacing the cat would make it worth their time. I've used these guys in the past for some simple work and they were happy to do it. I just don't understand why they would want to sell me an expensive cat that I do not need. Needless to say...I won't be back....simple job or extensive.

Great Customer Service, Honest. Engine malfunction light was on in my car. This happened last yr too when I went to emissions place...it almost did not pass, but it did, when the light went out only for 2 days. This yr. took my car to Quick Muffler. They diagnosed the problem in 10 min. (even had it at dealership last yr!) and told me where to get it fixed. You rarely see this honesty and professionalism (and very quickly, I might add). I have found my new "go to" guys for car problems...THANK YOU, CALVIN and TIM!

Excellent Custmer Service. Back in October when time to renew my tags, my check engine light was on, and I failed Marta. As a single Mom, I panicked, started calling around, and stopped in 2 shops downtown, both FAD and Quick Muffler. I first went to FAD, and was told the converters on my SUV were bad about going out, they were nice, but I received great service at Quick Muffler, they electronically diagnosed my code for free, which was the O2 sensors, put my car on the rack, said my converters did not need repair, and welded a loose hanger. I got an estimate, they encouraged I research competition prices, and guaranteed if I found a better price they would beat it. I didn't. Very impressed.

Won't Go Back. Customer Satisfaction is SEcondary. Brought my car in for repairs. Car was repaired however noticed a few days later that it was sitting too low and the under carriage of the car was hitting when even slight imperfections in roadway. Brought it back to Quick Muffler and they "OOPS" didn't set it up high enough and forgot a few screws??? Manifold got cracked due to their "OOPS" and they have refused to replace/fix it. It was due to their error when it was in for original repair and they should fix what their error caused. Guess I go back to a chain...At least with Firestone they stand behind their work and if they mess up, they fix it no cost to customer....SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.....not at Quick Muffler

Awesome service. Exceeded all my expectations. It is so good to find an honest business these days. They really were quick and saved me money.

not a clean place. Prices are high here i have a few exhaust leaks my hangers break frequently. The place is very dirty the bathrooms are disgusting. I would not recomend this business to anyone looking for a place to wait while your car is being worked on. I saw a male going in and out of the lady's room while i was there also. Not a place i will be revisiting. on top of that i was told my convertors wouldn't be warrentied unless i bought new 02's with them.

FANTASTIC Service!!!. I know NOTHING about cars. But I do know when mine starts shaking, that it just might be time for a tune up.

When I called I was greeted with great customer service, and even told my car would be ready 'in a few HOURS.' Amazing! I've had my car repaired at other places and almost always had to leave it overnight.

Quick Muffler delivered. Just a few hours later my car was repaired and in good working order. The manager explained all of the details as to the procedures that were done, and even told me about a recall I had NO idea existed for my make/model. He called the dealership for me ahead of time and arranged for me to take my car in and have the recall handled.

Great people. LOCAL business. AMAZING service.

Delivered at a very competitive price. I called them after my 'go to' repair shop gave me a quote on brakes. The quote was silly compared with several others. These guys came in far less and did great work...they did what they promised. While I was waiting around the shop, I talked with several folks who have been using them for a long time. They come back, so something is working for them.

Completely Satisfied!!!! highly recomended. I would like to say that I was completely satisfied, and I was blown away by their amazing customer service. I went there for a converter repair on my neon and they were only charging $250.00 when the dealership was charging around $700.00. I was in a real crisis and needed to get through emissions soon or I wasn't going to be able to drive to work and back. They are my LIFESAVER!!! I wish there was something higher than 5 stars. They listened to my problem, worked with my schedule, and found a perfect medium that worked for everyone. I would recomend them to anyone who wants fast repairs, and that is on a time limit. Thank you so much quick muffler!!!

Great Place. I had my exhaust system replaced at Quick muffler about a year ago and last week I ran off the road in my car and it started making this bad sound coming from under the bottom of my car so I took it back to Quick muffler and they were so nice. They fixxed my car and didn't even charge me anything. This is a great place to come Thank you.
