I have been a client of Earthsavers for 5 years now. I wouldn't consider using any other company for my recycling needs. The service is prompt and the staff is courteous. It's very comforting when a company does what it says it will do and lives up to it's promises. Consider me a happy customer.

It's great to finally have home recycling service! Earthsavers always comes on their scheduled day and never leave a mess. The workers are polite and friendly. I have a large bin and it's very convenient to just toss our recycles in and roll it out on pick up day.

very disappointed. I was just informed by them that they no longer will give me service becuase there is not enough business in my area. I had to buy a $40 bin to use their service and now they won't give me any of my money back!! They broke the committment to me - not the other way around! When I mentioned that I had already paid for the next quarter the guy said oh, ok, I guess we will have to refund you - he had not even thought about it! What am I suppose to do with a bin with THEIR name on it??

Earth Savers. I was underwhelmed with the level of customer service. I strongly recommend McMurtry if you are in the East Nashville or Madison area. I personally have switched. I have used McMurtry's trash service for about 10 years. While you are supposed to put your trash at the road, if I happen forget McMurtry will go all the way down my long driveway to get my trash can. If I forgot with EarthSavers the can would rot for another month until my next pick up! I found EarthSavers quarterly billing being deducted from my checking account to be inconvenient. Also, I know I am a big girl & should be able to pull any info I needed from their website, however, I much prefer the personal service I receive when I call McMurtry. I have heard further anecdotal complanits about EarthSavers, but since it was told to me by a third party I will refrain from posting it here. I give EarthSavers 1-2 stars & McMurtry 5 stars!

Don't expect customer service. 90 bucks for a bin. They never answer the phone and rarely reply to email. If you ever move, you are not credited for the bin!! What a JOKE.

I'd rather drive my own paper/glass etc to the local center vs. having this cats pick up my garbage.

Great Company!. I have to say these guys are wonderful.

Since we have used them, they have never missed a pick up, are always very friendly and their trucks are always spotless when they come by.

I would highly recommend them.
