Bad Experience at Hillsboro Rd location!. Just left after having lunch. There were two of us. We ordered breadsticks and two sandwiches. The meatball sandwich was slimy and tasted odd and my lunchmate returned it after one bite, along with the unopened bag of chips. Because we were needing to leave soon, she didn't reorder another sandwich due to time.

We got the bill and were charged full price and upon asking about a price reduction or elimination, were told the owner said "they ordered it, they'll have to pay for it." So, no sandwich or chips, but had to pay full price and absolutely no discount for bad food. I have eaten there several times in the past, and my last two visits have been mediocre, but this one was terrible. I won't be back!
