I really liked the clothing selection I found during my first visit to Betsy's, but when I waited for 30 minutes for someone to answer a simple question because they were busy, I left without making any purchases. A few weeks later I returned with my children, which is not my favorite way to shop, but necessary on this particular date. No one ever spoke to me or welcomed me, much less asked if they could help me, and eventually, an employee came over to tell me I would have to hold my child or leave. Bye bye! I will take my money somewhere I'm welcome.
Pros: good selection, reasonable prices
Cons: marginal parking, rude staff
