I use to eat at this location quite often before the 2010 flood and never had an issue. I have eaten at the Macaroni Grill located at Opry Mills Mall twice now since their reopening and both the food and service have been horrendous! I also think that they raised their prices quite a bit. Maybe to help offset the remolding costs. I donâ??t believe that I will be back.…

Amazing Service!!!. Our server was the picture of perfection. She took the time to explain the history of the restaurant and why she enjoyed working there. Later, she explained menu items for my husband who had never dined in an Italian restaurant before. When our food was mistakenly taken during a restroom break, she had new entres boxed for us without delaying us from leaving. Though it may seem a little crowded at times, we keep in mind that it is inside a very busy mall, but it's well worth the compromise.…
