Awesome ambiance and the best service!. My best friend got married last week and we wanted to have a bridal party for her. The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to take care of us and make sure we all finished on time. They also give military discounts which was a HUGE plus for us. They had chocolate covered strawberries and sangria for us as well. I highly recommend this spa to anyone in need of some good ol' TLC.

Plan on returning soon visiting from CALI. If you would like a day to rest, relax away from the stressful life then Essense is the spa. I was able to relax and not think about my busy life before my massage & squeeze a nap in the quiet room. The staff are down to earth, friendly & professional and Keisha is the best. If you are visiting Nashville for the first time in this area,like i was. Keisha made some awesome recommendations. Before i even made it to the spa, i felt like i had a friend already there. I'll be returning soon, hopefully.

Plan on returning on a regular basis. Fantastic! The whole environment was so pleasant and peaceful. The staff were all very kind. I enjoyed myself so much .

Good cut. Very professional. Liked the time taken massaging my scalp and towel wrap. Good cut; very good explanation of products used.

Great hairdresser. Highly recommended. Try the Aveda tea, it's delicious. If you need a hairdresser, ask for Jenny, she's great!
