I wish other delivery places were this good. I have been ordering from Roma for more than 10 years. Not just the Bellevue store, but the one near Vandy too. 99% of the time the order is completely right, and if it isn't it is taken care of. The delivery time has always been exceptional. I order sandwiches, pizza and salads most of the time, but I have tried most of their menu and I have never received anything I didn't enjoy. My one and only complaint.... they do not send plasticware (spoons/forks) with the order.

Freshest around!!. I have been eating at Romas for several years now, and have to say it is some of the freshest pizza/ ingredients I have ever received from a fast food pizza joint! I am not a huge meat eater, although my fiance loves their pepperoni and sausage! I asked if they could recommend a veggie pizza and they baked me up a fresh spinach and broccoli pizza with olive oil drizzled on top served with a side of marinara! One bite and I was in Heaven! Their Hot Wings are also very good. I havent always had the most pleasant service from their employees, as I have read the other reviews I remembered being told 2 different prices on one particular visit- but what do you really expect? The manager I spoke to (who eventually gave me the pizza for the price I was quoted on the phone) was only about 16 yrs old! The joint is being ran by teenagers, so you cant expect the best in customer service! I dont know about you guys, but I am def willling to put up with a little attitude to get the best pizza in Bellevue!

They don't honor their coupons. A call was placed to the restaurant located at 188 Belle Forest Circle Nashville, TN 37221 at 6:25 p.m. I spoke with an individual, whose name I later found out was "Eric or Erickson", As stated by another employee. I also asked the other employee the name of the manager, and he informed me that "eric" was the manager. (who doesn't know their manager's name, come on man) My problem in this situation is; a local coupon book that I purchased for twenty dollars has a coupon listed for a "Meet the Manager Special" which includes a complimentary cheese pizza. When I called to order the pizza, I was told that although this location was listed on the coupon as a participating location, that they did not accept this coupon. I will never recommend Roma to any of my friends and I know that my wife won't either. Also, this location should have their name removed from the listing if they are not a participating partner, I don't feel that it is fair to other potential customers seeking to use this coupon or the other Roma locations listed. And I know, from working in food service for the better part of 5 years, that this complaint may be falling on deaf ears, but at least I?ll feel better when I sleep at night. Who knows maybe I can effect a little bit of change to make the world a better place.

Hung up on a regular customer. Hung up on us while we were trying to give directions. No one else at Grand China, Dominos, Papa John's and once upon a time Roma's ever had any problems getting here. So we will never be regulars again.
