Love,Love,Love this place!. I have been going to Rodney Mitchell Salon for more than 8 years. I quit going at one point and ended up with a horrible cut, on top of overprocessed color. Within a few months Rodney had me back to a healthy head of hair and a cut and color combo that people on the street would stop me to ask where and who does your hair. The staff work together as a team, and I do not feel as if I am in gossip central as you do in some salons. I have never had a bad experiance here, quite the opposite. I am always greeted, taken to change into a smock, and given something to drink. Plenty of conversation to go around with the 15 or so people that ask how I am doing. My faves of course RODNEY, Jason, Jamie-Lynn, Jodie, Renee and Jessica.

It Tease really worth it!. I have been in to RMS several times and all of which have been an amazing experience, from the wonderful staff to the unbelievable hair! Thank you SO much!

Best of the best. Rodney is not only very talented, but he takes the time to listen to you and address your concerns. I have watched as he works on various clients with long, short, curly and straight hair and each leaves with a smile on their face. I am always getting compliments on my hair and I am always happy to refer people to Rodney.

Awesome Leah. Ladies, are you naturally curly? If so, go see Leah at this salon. Recently, she cut and colored my hair for the first time. I was so nervous trying someone new, but I'd had it with my former stylist. Leah listened to what I wanted and colored my hair to perfection. I will never go to another. Secondly, she cut my curls excellently. Not many people know how to cut curls, but Leah does. She is also naturally curly herself, so she understands the dilema that can happen when people whack off your hair. Her cut did NOT leave me with the shelf head or pyramid head. Great job, Leah, and I'll be recommending you as much as I can.

FANTASTIC!. My experience at Rodney Mitchell Salon has been flawless! I have been there several times, and find the service and skill level of the staff to be very professional. They are also very friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable and very artistic. I have gone to Erika, and highly recommend her because of her friendly nature and level of experience. Since I've been going to her, I've never had a single haircut that I didn't like.

FABULOUS!. I have thick naturally curly hair...which is great if you want to go long. However, I need a short managable DO for my profession in healhcare. Not an easy request for a stylist...unless you go to Rodney Mitchell! On top of a great atmosphere, pleasant staff, and overall fun place to be... they get it right EVERY time. I will never go anywhere else...even if I move 100 miles away! 4 years and counting...

waste of time, money, and precious hair.. Based on all of these glowing reviews, I thought this was a safe bet. It was a bad experience from the start. The receptionist with whom I'd made the appointment told me I was scheduled for 1:30, but upon arrival they said my appt. wasn't until 1:45. (Not very professional.)

My stylist was nice enough when she opened her mouth, which was maybe twice. The whole vibe was pretty cold and unwelcoming. I don't think she cared how I wanted my hair.

I have short hair, which was left long and awkward. Of course, you can't tell until you wash out all their hairspray and see for yourself. I would have gone back and asked her to adjust it, but as mentioned, the vibe was really unwelcoming, so I figured I'd cut my losses.

FYI, they have signs up everywhere asking people to give them good reviews on Citysearch.

Hip environment. My wife and I have been visiting Melanie at the Rodney Mitchell Salon for the past 2 years. We are very pleased with the staff and service. We would recommend our friends to them!

A wonederful experience. I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I have had my hair done by stylist all over the world. I just had my hair colored by Dustin at the Rodney Mitchell Salon, and left LOVING my hair. He has a wonderful friendly staff, and would recomend this salon to anyone!

Awesome Color!. I had my color done by Rodney last week and I am getting constant comments! Everyone wants to know who did it! I am so pleased. He does a great job matching my color to my skin tone and my color lasts a long, long time. I yould definately recommend RMS!
