Horrible Customer Service – Seemed fine at first. Very slow at getting information, purchasing car. I bought my car in August and still haven't received my tags. I keep having to call every month and keep asking and they say they will send me a temporary which they do but I don't want to deal with this anymore. I left a message and they never respond. I call 15 minutes before they close and no answer. My tags will now expire while I'm out of town for Thanksgiving. Very frustrated and extremely disappointed. They also were not honest about the price of my vehicle. Very sneaky. Don't go here I'd rather pay an extra $1000 for a car that I don't have so many problems with and never can get the tags for.
Extremely Happy – I disagree with every other comment here. I have bought 6 cars from advanced motors. They go out of there way to find me what I want and give it to me at a more competitive price.
One of the cars I bought the brakes squeaked and the manager didn't even check just had new rotors ordered and replaced the rotors and the pads at no charge.
I've bought nothing but great auto's here. They are used not new so some of these comments make me laugh.
I have referred tons of friends and family members to advanced and never heard one complaint. Actually just the opposite nothing but thanks for sending me there. One of my family members had a hard time financially and everywhere else only offered junkers to him. Advanced got him a great Honda Accord very clean and safe which was his main concern since he had kids and they financed it for him.
I'm a very picky guy and shop around for everything I buy. I recommended this place to my mother who bought here i'd certainly recommend it to you.
Do not buy, it is a waste of money. – I purchased a great looking Mazda from this dealership with no obvious mechanical defaults, the next day the check engine light came on. Two weeks later the car broke down on the side of the road leaving me and my two year old stranded, apparently this car had many emission problems along with computer, fuel, catalytic converter problems, air intake issues, the window motors went out, the list is too long. The dealership did not offer a warranty so I have been forced to fix the car.... I paid 7500 dollars in repairs, so far. I paid 5000 for the car, so it was basically totaled before i drove it off the lot. A word of caution; Do not buy here! I have had my car for 4 months and have been able to drive it for 2 weeks because the repairs are just endless.
Excellent – Took my car to the dealer and they said it will cost me $700. but the mechanic at AdvanceMotors got it fixit for $185 with parts. I was satisfied!!
No complaints – I've been paying on my car for about a year and a half and I can't count how many times I've needed to be late or couldn't pay all of it, and not once has Sami (the owner) complained or blown my phone up asking for money. I personally feel that he has been a great, understanding businessman and has my utmost respect. Granted, I have a had a few minor problems with my car, but it's a USED car, that's what you have to expect. I would recommend my friends and family go there, and I will more than likely be making my next car purchase there.
Dishonest – Car we purchased had the check engine sensor removed. Car was returned under the Lemon Law as the owner refused to talk to us. Company is not to be trusted.
