cheap crappy homes. house built in 2003 had to replace roof because it was not installed properly. plumbing in downstairs bathroom not installed properly either. Had to tear bathroom out and re-do. Then a person that has lived in this neighborhood at the very beginning of it said the workers placed all the trash in a big hole then covered it with dirt. No wonder they went bankrupt, they're LAZY and CHEAP.

Filed for bankruptcy and left us with no grass. They are in Chapter 11, so they can still run the business, too bad they left our neighborhood as mess.
