eh. When this place was still called Salon de Von my experience of getting my hair dyed and cut wasn't great but I didn't complain much because it was very affordable. Now as Christenberry's they have raised their prices and claim "southern California styles in Middle Tennessee" which is absolutely not true. The majority of the staff hasn't changed and while some of the girls may be good hair stylists the majority do not seem to really care about making their customer happy. They use Redken dyes which I love but often they are sloppy; getting dye all over my skin, missing areas - leaving un-dyed areas that are clearly visible, not rinsing fully, etc. As for the claimed "California Styles" I would expect the stylists to be able to create unique cuts and colors if requested and also know how to cut or color someone's hair so that it best flatters them. I haven't really seen this at Christenberry's. If you are still thinking about going here at least ask for Leah, I have had a great experience with her but can't say much about the rest of the place.

Terrible Service. I went to this salon and they totally ruined my hair. The people they have working there are inexperienced and way to worried about answering their phones than working on your hair. I watched one giel give a guy a simple shape up in the back and the whole back was crooked because she was talkin to everyone else. I could have done a better job. The owner does not even care if you are unhappy and all they have to say is I am sorry I ruined your hair.

What a joke. I would not let me dog go to Salon Devon. Please save your money and just go to super cuts. I am sure they will do a better job.
