Just okay. I bought a gift card for my wife for Mother's Day from two daughters. The service at the cashier's counter will need to be better than the services I paid for. There seemed to be alot of confusion, and not enough people working to manage the business and services they are attempting to sell.

terrible service. I have tried this place multiple times and each time I am disappointed. The service is just not to professional standards that have been accustom to at other day spa's. The bathrooms are very average almost like you would expect in a high school gym locker. The massage I paid for did not start on time but finished on time, which made me feel alittle ripped off.

I was just not impressed with a moment of A Moment's Peace.

Best Service I have seen yet!. I have just moved here from Charlotte, NC and have been looking for myself and my teenage girls a spa that has everything! Well, we found it!!!! We went to A Moment's Peace to treat ourselves and relax after our move. It was great. We had spa and salon services done. This place is definitely up to par with the industry. We left there feeling relaxed and great about ourselves considering we all got new hairstyles! I also picked out my mothers day presents there too! A young lady at the front desk was so helpful getting me lots of gifts together! It might not be the cheapest place around, but it was WELL worth every penny that I spent there.

This place rocks !!!!!. I recently moved to the area and have been in search of a place that I could go to have

all my needs met. I wanted a place that I could have my hair and waxing done and if I desired a facial

or pedicure they could accommodate that to. I hate all the running around town on my day off. I asked around at my office. All the ladies in my office have massages and waxing at A Moment's Peace. A few of the ladies have their hair done as well. After reading some of the reviews on this site I was unsure I wanted to risk it. I'm so glad I did !!!! my experience was wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone.

I went in for a hair cut with Sara and she not only gave me exactly what I wanted she also took the time to show me how to style it when I got home so I could maintain the look. When I went to check out the lady at the desk let me know that they just had a cancellation for a pedicure and asked if I would like that appointment. I didn't have time for a pedicure so I got a manicure instead. It was great as well. I love..love... love... the gift shop ! I must say I'm glad I decided to give this place a chance. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Terrible Day Spa been to better dog groomers. I arrived there early after reading several of the online reviews, they were 15 minutes late starting my massage. The layout design of the facility was just okay of the rooms were extremely small. The services were just okay I had a massage and a manicure and pedicure which was grossly over priced. They did not have a nice bathroom to get cleaned up in and the lack of privacy was very dishearting. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I did notice alot of busy talk between the ladies that too was a cause on concern. Just not very good and I have has massages at The Biltmore in AZ and NC and this place could not hold a candle to either.

Excellent Service, very professional and classy!. I was in this past weekend to have a Full Day of Peace. I must say my experience was wonderful...wonderful enough for me to take time out of my day to write this review. I was greeted very professionaly by the front desk staff and walked back for my services. I first saw a lady for my facial and she was WONDERFUL! Did an excellent skin analysis and got me on some great products. My massage was the best I have ever had...better than the massages I get from The Broadmoore in AZ! I was then led to the nail room where I could continue to relax for my manicure and pedicure. They use extremely great products and I had great results. The hair stylist in the hair salon are very up to date! I walked out of there with an excellent style feeling like an entire new person. If you have never visited this Salon & Day Spa, it is a must!!!! I will definitely be back!!!!!!

Better treatment @ TN Women's Correctional Facility. These people are truly rude and very uncaring when considering the price I paid today for their services I did not really get. I read the previous reviews and I thought that maybe I had an isolated experience, but you know what I had their normal experience. I too got to my appointment early for a body glow. They never mentioned that they had any issues until 30 minutes into my body glow they announced that since I was late I would have to leave 15 minutes early and show off in the PUBLIC SHOWER in their lock room !!!!! The lock room reminded me of the YMCA in Antioch!!!!

I was appalled and I will never go to this spa again, I was on time, I had a gift card, I was laying their unclothed with little defense to argue. Why if they felt I was late (which I was not) was this not addressed BEFORE I took all of my clothes off. My friend who gave me the gift card was also treated poorly when she called to complain at the lack of services I was given.

They don't care what your experience is at this place they only care about what is in your wallet kinda like Capital one credit card commercial.

**Rude Staff ** Rip off on services. I have been to this day spa 4 times every time I was on time or early. Four times in a row they tried to tell me I was late and that I would not be getting full services for the appointment I had . I was paying for the appt with a gift card. The last time I told the cashier how disappointed I was regarding this particular issue and that I was on time and she knew it because she checked me in at 2:25 for a 2:30 appointment. Her only response was "would you like to leave a tip" and my only response was "no, I would just like to leave and not come back" to which she responded "okay, we have comments cards if you want to take the time to fill it out". Give me a break, how can you be this rude in a service business and have zero service????

I stopped on my way home at the beauty supply store, I will learn how to wax and start massaging myself or find a new day spa before I will darken their doors again!!

Gossip, Unprofessional, time watching petty employee's. I have been going to AMP for 2 years having all of my waxing done and several massages. They have the potential to have a nice business set up but one of the ladies who does my waxing also does my friends. I was shocked when she started telling me about acne medication my friend was taking and how she could no longer get her monthly waxing done, and also asked me about her martial problems!!!! WHAT........ what marital problems that was news to me and I am her close friend...

I found that behavior very unprofessional and unacceptable. My other issue was the last three time I went for a brow and lip wax I was told I was late for my appointment and they could only wax one area, but I was exactely on time.... to the minute on time. The last time it happened I said forget this I can spend $37.00 at any place in town and not feel like I am going to get talked about when I leave the building.

Reminded me of High School :-(

FYI - I can tell time but they can only tell secrets!!!!!

Extremely overpriced and unprofessional!. For my daughter's Prom, I wanted to have her hair and makeup done, and in doing so made an appointment with the salon over a month prior. The week prior to her Prom, I received a phone call from the hairdresser, with no apology, telling me someone else would be doing my daughters hair because she was going out of town and the appointment was pushed back 30 minutes!! The appointments I had made were made to give my daughter 40 minutes to change into her dress, etc. With the change in time, it now only gave her 10 minutes to change, etc..!!!! This is not acceptable procedure in my opinion. I was also told that she would have to go ahead and wash her hair, dry it, and put product in it herself, when that was suppose to be part of the styling. I checked prices on their website prior to going so I would know what to expect. The prices for hair styling started at $30.00 and included wash and style, my daughter had her hair put up in rollers and a curling iron used with her hair style being down, it took a total of 45 minutes and I was charged $75.00, and then asked if I would like to include a tip when I was paying...unprofessional and overcharged! I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE!
