Wonderful!. I saw Tim last week as a new client. New to fillers, he took the time to make me feel very comfortable, and I had a great experience. My cheeks looks great! Now I want to do about every service they offer! I'll be back. :)

This Med Spa & Nicole Killgore Have Changed My Life!. I have been a patient here for over a year now. I have had my eyebrows tattooed by Tim, which I love and have changed my life! I am hoping to post some before and after pictures to their facebook page soon! It was quick and painless! They have made me feel more secure and given my self-esteem a boost and so much more!

I also have been seeing the Aesthetician, Nicole Killgore, for over a year there for facial peels, microdermabrasions, acne skin care, my skin products/ makeup and more! She has truley helped me battle with my acne and acne scarring that has kept me down for so long now. Ever since my first facial peel, I was seeing results so quickly. I started out going every 2 weeks for my peels because my active acne was so severe. I chose to do that myself because Nicole, Christine and Tim all agree that the closer together your peels, the faster the results! Shoot, you don't have to tell me twice! :) So I did that for a while, saw fast results and I am now going every 3-4 weeks apart for my peels. We switch it up and do microderms, etc sometimes instead. I love hearing their advice because IT HAS NEVER PROVED WRONG! I can finally be happy about my appearance thanks to this MEDICAL SPA AND NICOLE KILLGORE! Tim, Christine & Nicole always are there for me. They really took the time to get to know ME and WHO I WAS and WHO I WANTED TO BE. They have now changed my life and I know they will change yours too! They are so friendly, inviting, and helpful! I cannot imagine my life without this place and these wonderful people that are now like my family! Please go see them for your skincare needs and permanent makeup! I also plan to go back for more things such as laser hair removal!!!! I can't wait!!!

Nicole had done miracles for my skin!!!!. I am a 32 year old African American female. I had battled acne and skin discolorations for about 8-10 years. I had started using a prescribed skin cream when I noticed stange black areas of hyperpigmentation on my skin. This was embarrasing and hard to conceal. I then started seeing Nicole at The Natural Look. Nicole gave me a new skin regimen and gave me the glycolic acid peel to help treat my skin problems. Within the first 2-weeks I started seeing a dramatic improvement in my skin. My confidence has improved. I am certain that she knows how to treat and help people of color. I appreciate everything she has done for my skin, confidence and appearance.

Best facial ever from Nicole!. Had my 3rd facial from Nicole Killgore at the Natural look spa in Nashville TN this week, and I was blown away by her talent! I have done every service she offers now, and my favorite is the oxygen facial! I swear I look like I had botox done all over my face! My skin has never felt or looked this smooth! I have gotten so many compliments since I got my facial this week! My skin is glowing! When I went in to see Nicole I had huge pores, bad acne, and dull looking skin and after she was done my skin looked amazing! I have had facials from several people but Nicole is the best aestician I have ever been to in the Nashville area! I am very picky about my skin and Nicole put me at ease and knew exactly what my skin needed the minute she saw me! If you want a skin expert to work on your face go see Nicole at the Natural look in Nashville! Thanks Nicole for making me feel fabulous again!

All I can say is AWESOME!!!!. The staff is wonderful! I love the look of the office, its very clean and modern. Tim & Christine are very professional. They explain everything to you and are realistic to what results you will have after treatments! I highly recommend The Natural Look Medspa!

Nicole has that special touch. Nicole has that special touch! I have had treatments at some of the best spas in the world and she compares in both her touch and her knowledge. I highly recommend her for all of your skin care needs. Book an appointment with Nicole . She is amazing. I think you will love her as much as I do. I am so glad she has joined The Natural Look. What a great addition....

Nicole is AMAZING!!!!!. I have been dealing with my skin for years and I found my "skin care angel"! Nicole has the best touch and is so knowledgeable about her field. I have been mislead so many times on product and have been very disappointed but the products she recommended have made my skin look amazing! I will follow her where ever she goes she is amazing! She is an asset to The Natural Look.

Nicole is amazing!!!. What a wonderful touch. I think I even dozed off for a minute during my facial. You can tell Nicole has a passion for skincare. I was having some issues with my skin and she answered all of my questions and helped me understand what I need to do to fix some of my "trouble" areas. She's just awsome!! She made me feel so comfortable. She just really knows her stuff...

Phenomenal Work, Sweetest Couple Ever. Have had done permanent eyeliner, and nearly my entire body lasered for hair removal here. Christine and her husband Tim are both so very kind, patient, and yes, perfectionists. Very, very highly recommended. My liner looks INCREDIBLE.
