Money must not be an issue

(NEG STARS)(They force you to put something) I am a member of a band that was suppose to play at this facility, the way that it came about was not handled as it should have been but none the less we were willing to play. Went and spoke with the manager the day of the show (Monica) and we were treated as though we were not worthy. Apparently you have to be someone of importance or something like that. We have a large following and all were coming plus a few new people. AND we were referred to Double D...their competition. It was as if the bar did not need to make money. Apparently her income is enough in this day and time. I could not imagine a bar in this economy making millions and could be in the position to turn paying customers away before they even get there. Monica is willing to go with no band at all instead of having a band with a following. Good Luck Box Seat. I do know people that were customers of yours, but I guarantee they will not be customers anymore. If you are the owner of this place Monica has our card. Please give us a call I will tell personally how your manager is running off business for you...

Sucks!

On a saturday night they had maybe 15 people in the building and our first item to order they were out of. After we ordered another app it was not pleasant and we never seen our waitress again, waited 50min for her to com back. Seen the cook smoking in the kitchen entrance and dressed sloppy in regular clothing. WOW! No thanks I won't be back! Terrible service and bad food once they find something in the kitchen that's on th menu!

I LOVE THIS PLACE

THIS PLACE IS LIKE CHEERS EV EVRYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWS YOUR NAME AND MAKES YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. I LOVE THE BEER SELECTION WITH OVER 100 BEERS. THE ATMOSPHERE IS GREAT WITH ALL THE TV'S AND ONE KICKING JUKE BOX THAT YOU CAN PLAY ANYTHING YOU WANT. PILLYCHEESESTEAK YUM. THE PIZZA HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE BEST IN TOWN. THERE IS A PROBLEM WHEN ONE PERSON COMES IN AND WANTS TO SIT AT THE BAR AND LISTEN TO A PREDATORS GAME OR A FOOTBALL GAME WHEN 25 OR 30 PEOPLE ARE LISTENING TO MUSIC-I WOULD SAY WHEN THE BIG GAMES ARE ON I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY GAME. THERE ARE SO MANY TV'S ANY ONE CAN SIT ON THE FLOOR AND LISTEN TO THE THEIR GAME-EVERYONE LIKES SITTING AT THE BAR IT GOES BACK TO THE OLD SAYING YOU CAN PLEASE SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF TIME AND YOU CAN PLEASE ALOT OF THE PEOPLE ALOT OF THE TIME BUT YOU CAN NEVER PLEASE ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME. No Next Time This Time

Ok, I'm tired of giving this place second chances. The past few times I've been here have all shown the same pattern - total lack of service unless you sit at the bar, unfriendly - nay - belligerent staff, and loud music playing while all the TVs are muted. For this place to call itself a "Sports Bar" is false advertising.

My biggest pet peeve tho has to deal with the fact that every time I've stopped by to catch the Predators game, the staff refuses to acknowledge that the game is on TV. When I show them the TV schedule that clearly shows the game, they argue with me as if I'd had a fake schedule printed at Kinko's just to annoy them.

How they have managed to stay in business this long is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and avoid The Box Seat like the plague.

BTW, they only got a star because you have to give something and there are no negative numbers.
