Worst service I have received in my entire life!! I have a very busy and successful life and do not not wish to waist it at Elite. I have been running businesses my whole life and when the owner tells me that she knows all there is about being a business women I laugh inside. Poor service, rude, conceited, and no one is ever there!!! I FINALLY got to use my last visit....and will never return.

I will NEVER tan here again! It's really too bad cuz this is a great place to tan but the owner is a total FLAKE!! She posts hours on the door and NEVER sticks to them. The last THREE times I showed up to tan when they were supposed to be open and they were closed! I went Saturday and they were supposed to open at 10:15AM. It was 11:30 before she bothered to show up and then didn't even apologize or have an explanation! This lady just doesn't know how to run a business. She just comes and goes as she pleases and loses business left and right because she's never open when she's supposed to be. She's also completely disorganized. Never seems to know what's going on, who has been waiting and for what. She will ask you the same question 20 times in one visit. The biggest air head I have EVER met - must be that all the fumes from the spray tanning has gone to her brain. Bottom line, don't waste your time or money.
Pros: Clean, Give thorough instructions
Cons: closed half the time - never there when supposed to be!
