I ordered two treat balls for my dogs back in Sept and have yet to get them or have the president of the company call or email to explain why. I feel that there is no customer service what so ever. I am always told I will check with UPS and then I am told nothing. They have a great selection of things to offer. But I don't reccomend the service unless you are shopping in the store.

I have been taking my dog here for over a year! It is a fantastic place and I wish I could have found it sooner. The Agiltiy classes have been a blast and the Friday night socials give my dog a better social life than me!!!
Pros: good location, friendly, fun
