Not Just Any Therapist. After years of therapy, a refreshing change. A therapist I can trust and know hears me, instead of pretending to hear me or care. Extremely well educated and knowledgeable without that air of prentiousness. I find Dr. Virts an empathetic ear with a solid, down to earth, professional grounding. This is an alliance I trust. Never before have I believed a health professional cared more about the job they are about. She is truly fascinated by the human brain and the human being. Dr. Virts really wants her patients to heal and it shows. No placating, no pity, no judgement, no shame. Just suggestions and practical tools for symptoms. She is making me believe in the Mental Health Care field and that is truly amazing.
