BEST TAKEOUT PLACE EVER. I have bought stuff from here since I first moved here and it has always been very good and I have gotten great service from this restraunt! I literally buy take ut from here two weeks a month!Also, the workers are very friendly and it is clean in there-By the way-I LOVE their lo mein and crab meat ragoon-so make sure to try it!

Great Chinese Food - Now Serving Pizza. The venerable neighborhood pizza place next door, Sicily Pizza, closed down. Around the time, China Spring bought a pizza oven and recreated Sicily Pizza's old menu. You can get Wonton Soup and Stromboli. You can get Sweet and Sour Pork with lasagna. You can get General Tso chicken with pizza! It is awesome. The wait staff is really sweet and personable, and will joke around with you if you're cool. Go there ASAP to support the last independent restaurant in Castlegate. They may be the last, but at least by having Italian and Chinese under one roof, with low prices, they have something for everyone.

Refused to Make It Right. Our family was looking forward to having chinese food take out on Christmas Eve. We have eaten take out from this location many times before. I regret to say Christmas Eve was our last time. We ordered the General Tso chicken and the Sesame Chicken along with an assortment of other items. This was our first time to have Sesame Chicken from this particular restaurant. Imagine my disappointment and shock when I opened the two chicken dishes to see we received two orders of Gen Tso - only one order had sesame seeds sprinkled over it. When I called the restaurant to inquire, I was told that is how they prepare their Sesame Chicken. I was told that this China Spring on Anderson Road prepares their Sesame Chicken by sprinkling sesame seeds on Gen Tso chicken. I kid you not. I am serious. I asked why wasn't I told when I placed the order that I was actually ordering two Gen Tso chicken dishes only one would have sesame seeds on it and I was told that is not their problem, no other customer has ever complained and if I don't like it I should go eat somewhere else. Oh and when I asked for a refund for the Sesame Chicken I was told flat out, "No!" So, I cannot endorse this restaurant for flat out lying that they prepared a Sesame Chicken dish and due to the poor customer service, I won't be back. Ever.

Great Food & Service. I'm beginning to wonder if there is a difference in a lot of the Chinese places around Nashville. Obviously all of their menus and store decorations have come from the same place, and many times the food seems nearly the same. So far, I haven't had any bad experiences at this particular China Spring. The food is always HOT and flavorful, and the service is great. Only problem I've found is that the lack of fountain drinks almost forces you to pay the steep price for a 20oz bottled drink... other than that, no problems. I'll definitely be back.
