I took my dog there and the cut was so nice and the dog smelled really good. He actually stayed clean for days afterward. Parking was a bummer though because shopping strip is small but just park at gas station as the owner sayed we could. He was very nice and professional and offered much advice because he shows dogs professionally himself. He was very good to the dogs as he had a couple of his own dogs running around and they were so pretty..... It is a local business owned and I think he was great...
Pros: fast service, good cut, dog loves it

I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment to have my dog groomed at VIP. The groomer showed up 15 minutes late. I almost didn't leave my dog after seeing the untidy conditions inside; lots of hair left from the day (or days) before, paperwork disorganized and everywhere. He couldn't even find an ink pen to write down my phone number. He finished the hair cut within a few hours and told me it was much shorter than I wanted it because he had to cut out several matted pieces of fur, which was fine. However, I still had to trim several spots of long, uneven hair myself once I got my dog home. My dog seemed uncharacteristically subdued when I picked him up and for a day or two afterward. I'll never take him back to VIP.
Pros: Quick cut, easy to schedule
Cons: Poor cut quality, poor conditions
