Terrible. Annoying sales tatic.. These guys literally just left my house. The "salesmen" had to be in their mid 20s. I had to tell them 3 times I wasn't interested in what they had to say. They went on trying to tell me they are in the service industry, they seemed desperate for some work.

Once I said I wasn't interested for the third time, he seemed to get pissed.

Unbelievable !. I couple years ago my wife an I paid this company to install Gutter Guardian on our house. I bit pricey but we felt worth the expense not to have to clean gutters again. The installation went well and we have been satisfied overall.

I did some improvements recently and needed to extend the gutter guard product by 22 feet. The first quote was over $1100 for 22 feet of 6" gutter and gutter guard. I howled and they requoted just the gutter gurad product with me installing the gutter .... $787. Unbelievable. I asked to just purchase the product and install my self of course that was denied due to warranty concerns.

It seems companies would want to treat customers better. They have managed to turn a satisfied customer into a very vocal opponent. I am telling my friends this story at every opportunity.

Worst customer service. STAY AWAY!!!- After a salesman pressured my wife into a consultation while I was out running errands (it was dark, maybe 6:30pm), she called me a little freaked out. First of all they walk your neighborhood knocking on each door pitching gutter guards. My wife and I had heard of this before, but in a case on the news, the guys were coming back to rob the place when no one was home. She had a right to be freaked out though she shouldn't have answered the door. Anyway... A guy calls me to confirm the appointment and this is how the conversation went:

ME- Listen thanks for your time, but we really aren't interested in getting any gutter guards." ( This is where the guy gets real defensive and raises his voice)

HIM- " Your wife said you were by setting up a consultation!"

ME- "Yeah I'm sorry about that she felt pressured"

HIM- "She wasn't pressured, she said you cleaned out the gutters a few days ago!" (This is true but they weren't bad... I actually don't mind cleaning them)

ME- "Yes, but I wasn't home and she was being polite. We really aren't interested."

HIM- "Then why would she make an appointment?"

ME- " Look If I ever was interested, I can tell you now that will never be!"

HIM- (hangs up on me)

Seriously stay away... I will call back tomorrow when I'm not as pissed off.

Over priced. We were shopping for replacement windows. Sales person was nice and not pushy, but his price was about $3000 dollars above other quotes we got. He made no offer to reduce price and we did not ask for one. The sales person said, "I did not think our windows would be right for you all." He was nice other than the one statement. I could not see any added value in their windows over their competitors, except they did offer an insulated frame.

Unfreaking believable! $30 a foot for gutter guardian!. Home Depot and Lowes sells Gutter Guards for about $2 a linear foot! These people are charging $30 a foot! Ridiculous!

To the Previous Reviewer. To the man who wrote the other review: I was trying to read your review aloud to my family, and it sure would have been a lot clearer and easier to understand if you had used the word "fiance" instead of continuously using the phrase "wife to be." Did you just not know how to spell it?

Otherwise, your review was helpful.

worst customer service ever!. My experience with the sales people from Dixie Homecrafters in Nashville was incredibly painful. After an hour and fifteen minutes this kid was just getting to the history of the company. My wife to be wanted me to be there and I am glad I was. The sales person was asking very personal questions and spent the majority of time making small talk. When ask if we could get to the bottom line he became unhappy. My wife to be started feeling ill and left the room. The sales person informed me that he could not get paid unless he did his entire presentation, regardless if he made the sale or not. He also said that if we were not going to buy in the very near future we were wasting his time. After I asked for the bottom line he had to call his boss to tell him what was happening. He ended the call by standing at the door angry and quoting a price for my parents house which has much more gutter than the house we were trying to get a quote for. In the end he told us he did not feel welcome and, with a point of his finger, he said if we ever wanted his product in the future it would cost more. He made my wife to be cry and if Dixie Homecrafters offered their services for free I don't think I could bring myself to do it. Really poor sales and customer service, and just a little scary. This was the second time that we have dealt with Dixie Homecrafters and they were more rude the first time. Just because there are no known complaints does not mean that this is not happening to others.
