A great experience.. We stopped by here to casually see what they had with no real intention to buy. Turns out they had what I was looking for. I needed a formal gown for a ball I am attending and they had one that was flattering and age appropriate for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and will highly recommend them to all of my friends. Their laid back, homey feeling store and staff was exactly what made my experience a five star one.

Chic Boutique!. I will start off by saying I did not find the dress I was looking for because I am looking for a very, VERY specific style but that being said these ladies were just so sweet I had to jump on here and share! They were helpful and able to give me suggestions for my needs and if they had it I would buy my dress from them! BUT I am definitely getting my bridesmaids gowns and tuxes from them!!! Thanks so much girls!

Nashville's Best Bridal Shop. I was hesitant to stop in here after reading some of the reviews on here but they had the designer that I loved so I braved on and decided to check them out. My goodness am I glad I did. I love the girls here and have concluded that anyone who called them rude must have been a Bridezilla because they were anything but that. They were helpful, sweet, and made me feel at home which was a nice change of pace from some of the other shops that I had been to. Please check Jacqueline's Bridal out. They are a mom and pop store not an annoying chain and they are worth the drive! Well, at least they were for me :o)

Groom's POV. my future bride and myself have been looking feverywhere to get her dress. she is a bit picky which is a trait i love but others not so much and these ladies were awfully patient with her and her pickiness. after trying on A LOT of dresses my girl found what she was looking for. i know not a lot of guys probably post reviews on bridal shops but if my girl leaves happy then they did something right and should be praised on it. these girls work hard and deserve your business.

Find your dress and everything else here!. If you go there you may still find me in the floor from shock of the selection and prices... Ah-mazing! Thankfully I didn't have to traipse all over Nashville as I have heard some girls have done... I walked in and was treated with amazing customer service and fell in love with the selection... I actually fell in love with two dresses and had the hardest time deciding... Thankfully they were patient with me and I now have the perfect dress for me and my wedding! Yay for Jacqueline's Bridal!

Great personal attention, professional. After bridal dress shopping at several locations, a friend recommended

Jacqueline's. Since it was across from the Opryland Hotel, I was at first hesitant

thinking it may be too expensive as I had a $1000 budget, or I may feel

out of place. On the contrary! The staff was incredible from the moment

I entered! They were extremely attentive to what I was looking for in

my price range. I actually bought the first dress I tried on, any

bride who has shopped for a dress knows that is almost impossible. But

I can honestly say they made my experience a memorable one. I would

definitely recommend them.

Dress's to die for. I went to Jacqueline's on Saturday, and i will now forever recommend them. Not only were the dresses gorgeous, but the customer service there was REMARKABLE! They made me feel so comfortable and gave me lots of options and really helped me decide. I can say I am going to be purchasing my dress from them, even though i have not decided exactly which dress it will be, but i know it will be from Jacqueline's.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. THEY DESERVE NO STARS BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONE TO WRITE A REVIEW. I AM SHOCKED THAT JACKIE IS STILL IN BUSINESS BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE AND ALL OF THE OTHER REVIEWS ON HERE WHICH DEMONSTRATE HOW BAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RECEIVE AT THIS PLACE. THEY ARE PUSHY AND DO NOT HAVE THE CUSTOMER'S BEST INTEREST IN MIND. DO NOT GO HERE! IT IS DIRTY INSIDE AND THE RUDE BEHAVIOR MAKES IT EVEN MORE DISGUSTING. I AM CERTAIN THAT ANY GOOD REVIEW IS PROBABLY WRITTEN BY MISS JACQUELINE HERSELF, HOW PITIFUL!!

Not a good find.... First of all, I really want to make it clear that I NEVER write reviews online however, I had such a bad experience here that I felt obligated to post something so NO OTHER BRIDE would have to endure an experience like I had at this store.

If you are a bride getting married in Nashville DO NOT go here. It's in a horrible looking strip center and the shop itself is filthy and cluttered with items that look like they were bought at a garage sale. If I hadn't made an appointment, I probably would have left immediately. I was greeted by a woman who was curt and snobbish. She provided no help to me or my family from looking to trying on. It was so hot in the store I almost passed out from the heat (and from having to hang up and try on so many of my own dresses.) I couldn't understand why we couldn't get any help...we were the ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE, we HAD AN APPOINTMENT, and I WAS A CUSTOMER THAT WAS READY TO BUY.

After finding a dress that I wanted more information about, I had to get dressed and walk up to the front just to get the lady's attention. When I asked her details about the dress I tried on, I found out the dress wasn't even available to order because it had been DISCONTINUED. Why is this woman offering inventory that isn't even available? She then proceeded to try to get me to buy the dress off the rack that I had tried on that didn't even fit and was completely ragged for full price. I was so put off by her horrible customer service and bad attitude that I left.

And the worst part of this story...the woman I was dealing with was the OWNER!! Jacqueline!! I work in corporate retail and I was disgusted that an owner would treat a prospective client this way. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This business does not deserve your business.
