This is a freaking joke. How the heck did they get 4 stars!!!!. do not hire! for 185$ I basically got my room cleaned. 4 hours. I'm not even kidding. this is the worse service I have ever even witnessed in my entire life. It is truly beyond a ripoff.

Very dissatisfied. For $175 this was not what I was expecting. It looks like my husband cleaned the house. Would not recommend to anyone.

Don't Hire!. I had to clean my house after the ladies were done. They sure put a lot of effort in, but nothing was clean. What a waste of money- $275. I had to clean over what they did because it looked terrible. I feel sick that I paid that much money, and you couldn't tell a difference.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!. When I called Dial-A-Maid, I was so impressed that they could schedule me the next day. During the cleaning session, the workers dropped and shattered a refrigerator shelf. I was charged for the time the workers spent cleaning up the mess they'd created and talking with their boss on the phone. 2.5 hours and $260 later, only my small kitchen and bathroom were partially cleaned.

I called to discuss this politely with the owner. She insisted that I was lying about how long her workers had been at my house and that I wasn't charged for the time they cleaned up the broken glass or the time they spent outside smoking. She did nothing to replace the misfitting fridge shelf I recieved as a replacement. I support local businesses, but I would never recommed Dial-A-Maid.
