I visited Cool Springs Back and Neck for a lower back injury. I called ahead and provided my insurance information and was assured my insurance was accepeted. AFTER the first visit I was informed my insurance had a huge deductable and only covered 80/20 after it was meet. They charged me almost $200.00 for the first visit! I was very up upset and voiced my concern. This staff was very un-professional in the way this was handled they knew before my visit what my insurance would cover and did not tell me untill after. I consider this deception the same as stealing! Had I known up-front I could have made an informed decsion as to how I wanted to proceed as it turned out they made the decsion for me. I will not return to this office and would advise all who read this to be very careful with these people know and understand what you will be charged before you let them do anything!

Relief was almost instant. Last summer I suffered a severe sciatica attack. There was one thing that I knew for sure: surgery would be a last resort for me. I went through treatment at Cool Springs Back and Neck Care and felt better immediately. My treatments began in late August and ended in early November. The tingling in my legs and pain in the buttocks are all but gone. At the end of treatment, I learned some simple self-care techniques that I do at home whenever I feel that the pain is about to return. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Ries and his crew.
