Best place to get a wonderful and relaxing facial. I had some trouble finding Reflections Skin Spa. So, I called their number and they gave me directions and were very nice and talked with me until I made it to their office. That was very nice.

When I arrived I filled out the normal paper work and went into the esthetician's room where I was to have my facial. We sat down and talked about my problem areas and talked about the plan of action. Her knowledge and pointers of how to take better care of my skin were very professional and easily understood. Every question that I asked she had an answer for.

Next was the facial. My face was steamed, cleansed, exfoliated, and preped for my extractions. The extractions were very painless. Durring the facial she discussed things that cause the break outs I was experiencing and told me how to better care for those areas. She made my experience very comfortable. Almost like I had a girl friend doing my facial. I loved it!!!

I will most def. go back!!!

Horrible Experience. I have had many facials before at several spas in Nashville and I have never had an experience like this. My skin was severely damaged from my facial. Kelly did not warn me that my skin would be scarred for weeks. I have had extractions before at other spas and have always been satisfied. Kelly was very rough with my skin. The extractions were painful and I now have red lines on my cheeks under my cheekbones. She bruised my skin with the tool she was using. I called and tried to talk to Kelly, but she seemed completely unconcerned about the state of my skin. I had an event that following weekend! I scheduled a facial to look better, not horribly worse!

This facial was horrible. I had to wait 40 minutes before she would see me. Kelly left during my mask for approximately 25 minutes. Usually a good aesthetician will do a hand and arm massage during this time. I have never had an aesthetician leave me alone for so long. Because she did extractions first (and because she did a horrible job), my face burned everytime she put a product on it. Do not go to this spa!
