Two time customer couldn't be happier with sevice. About 5 years ago Anderson Capital Mortgage made my family's dream come true. They were able to get us the financing we needed to build our first home. They were professional and personable on all levels. Teresa even gave us a house warming gift. Now 5 or so years later after losing that house to a house fire, Anderson Capital Mortgage has once again proven themselves trustworthy and dependable. This time they provided us with a refinance loan. They were just as efficient this time as the last. I highly recommend them because of their ability to take care of your loan needs and the sincerity of their business ethics.

Recent mortgage. Anderson Capital Mortgage recently did a mortgage for me. It was a difficult one. I was moving here from Florida and had taken a new job. They worked through all the hurdles and kept me informed. I recommend them to anyone.

Solved All of My Problems. I decided to buy the house I was renting from an out-of-state owner. The owners and I worked out a deal without a agent. Therese Anderson helped with every problem I ran in to. No credit history, uncooperative sellers, bureaucratic mortage company, repairs needed to the home, and a last-second termite find. All solved with great competence and patience. She even solved the bureaucratic mortage company problem by getting me a lower interest loan with a different lender.

Living in home-owner bliss now thanks to Anderson Capital. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Excellent experience here!. Therese Anderson's experience & professionalism combined with a personal touch made me feel very comfortable when refinancing my home. I was warned that my lender was difficult to work with but provided great rates so I was kept informed via email and telephone throughout the process. I incurred no problems and the process was very quick and painless! Thanks Anderson Capital Mortgage!

Top notch customer service. We had a wonderful experience with Theresa at Anderson Capital. With years of experience she was able to be realistic with us about what rate we could get for our loan and was able to get us the best rate available. She always returned our calls or e-mails promptly and many times answered the phone - which is rare in the mortgage industry. We have referred her to several of our friends because of her great customer service. She made the process so very quick and easy for us. If we ever need a loan or refinance again she will be our first call!!!
