I've been dining at Sitar for years and it just seems to get better with each meal. Chicken Sagwala is the best i've ever eaten and the Chicken Peshawri is spicy hot and scrumptous with a nice glass of pinot grigio.
Pros: Best Indian food in town
Cons: Rated Best Indian 2007 by Nashville Scene -- now there's a line to get in sometimes

The food here is great! There's a great buffet with many choices that change daily. I love the food here. What is really bad is the place itself. It's small, dirty and you never get a good table, because there aren't any in the whole restaurant! We now only get take out, and only once in a while. Cuisine of India is a much more pleasant dining experience.
Pros: The food
Cons: Restaurant is dirty and claustrophobic.
