Best Money I've Ever Spent
by brinny37076
I have been going to One 2 Yoga for three years now, am constantly challenged, and leave every single class feeling self-confident, calm and centered. Jan is an incredible teacher, and opens her arms to people of all beliefs and religious backgrounds.
I entrust both of my children (ages 5 and 9) to Jan in her Kids Yoga classes, and they never fail to come out beaming. It is wonderful for their self-esteem as well as their overall health and well-being, and is some of the best money I have ever spent. Worth every single penny!
- Pros: Family atmosphere
- Cons: I would like even more classes during times I can attend.
Bad vibes
by JoJo00
I don't get a good vibe spiritually. The instructor seems uptight. She makes false abuse claims against people who do not share her religion or who are different. There was a family who did finally win their case, and it turned out the instructor, Jan, sent the DCS against them because they are a little different than everybody else, i.e., homeschool nerds. It gives me a weird feeling. Yoga is about accepting people's differences.
- Pros: Somewhat convenient
- Cons: Instructor is uptight, has issues
