Great cataract surgery!

I got early cataracts from taking incorrect amounts of eye drops. Dr. Loden's office expected payment up front, which wasn't fully explained to me and which I didn't realize until my day of surgery!! My FSA account wouldn't pay ahead of time, of course!, so I was required to pay that full amount by check before Dr. Loden did the surgery. The surgery itself, however, was magic. Dr. Loden's assistants made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, even though I knew I would be AWAKE during the surgery. As they bragged, Dr. Loden was born with a scalpel in his hand! No problems at all, recovery was easy, and I still see great, 2 years later. Thanks Dr. Loden!!

Stay away from Dr. Loden and Loden Vision Centers. He and salesman AJ Sweeney are as dirty as they come. They will misrepresent and alter key eye measurements on medical records such as pupil size. He purposely mismeasured my pupil size at 6.5mm when they are actually 9.0mm. He will deny any correlation between Lasik and posterior vitreous detachments and eye floaters by saying there is no literature to support it. There are studies all over the internet linking the two. They will lie to you about the duration of the starbursts at night and the dry eye following lasik by telling you it takes several months. I'm afraid I am plagued with these conditions for a lifetime. Loden Vision Centers stays busy covering their rear end and hiding behind high priced lawyers. It will be a matter of time before they are found out.

Great eye surgery!!!

I came to Dr. Loden about 4 years ago for LASIK surgery. Dr. Loden was the only doctor who actually took the time to personally meet with me and discuss my options. He felt I was not an ideal candidate for LASIK because of "thin corneas". Since then I had the Implantable Contact Lens done and see 20/15 today thanks to Dr. Loden and his team of experts at Loden Vision Centers!! Thank you Dr. Loden!
