In a nutshell, this boutique is highly overpriced and the staff is unavailable. My friend and I went in and we were not greeted, not spoken to the entire time we were there or when leaving. Actually, I said, "thank you for coming in" as we left because I was so frustrated. If you've ever seen the movie, "Pretty Woman" where Julia is on Rodeo Drive and the saleswoman will not help her, that is Boutique Bella. Needless to say, we left without spending and we were on our company budget, so we had lots to spend.

Boutique Bella is a staple in the women's clothing stores in Nashville. They always have a great jean selection and really cute sweaters and dresses. However, the prices are pretty ridiculously over-priced (a Velvet plain black t-shirt for $70 before tax). On the other hand, you can live with the prices since the clothes are so cute, but you CANNOT live with the customer service. I have frequented this store many times, and each and every time I do, the salesgirls continue chatting to each other, stay behind the counter fiddling on the computer, are in the backroom somewhere, and many times don't even acknowledge that you've walked into their store. Overall, great clothes, but the salesgirls could use an attitude adjustment.
