I was just wanting to share with you my experience of having a deep cleaning (scaling and root planning). At first I was very, very nervous! First the hygienist came in and talked to me about what she was going to do, and I have to admit I was still a little nervous, but Dr. Rice came in and talked to me more about what was going to be done, and I felt better. The hygienist was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable. The next day was the best!! My teeth and mouth felt so amazing!! It was like I had a whole new mouth!! I had very little discomfort. I would just like to say to anyone who has to have this done. Don’t worry, the outcome is amazing! Dr. Rice and her staff are amazing people!

I came to this office after two years without dental work. My dentist had moved and I had not found a new fit. I knew I needed a lot of work in my teeth with old fillings. I also needed crown work. The staff and Dr. Rice were quick, kind and thorough. As dental work goes, it was a pleasant experience. I also appreciate the ability to finance the work through care credit. All in all, it was a good experience.

My visit at this office was wonderful. Everyone did everything they could to make sure you were alright and things were good. They go beyond the call of duty, they always call you the next day to make sure you would come and things were working right for you. At this office, they did their best to work with and schedule problems. Other than that, wanting to go to the dentist office, everything was great. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

I am so excited-only 1 ½ month from my 1st visit to Dr. Rice and my gums are almost 100% healthy and my teeth are so much whiter and my smile looks amazing. I couldn’t be more thrilled – I am forever your patient. Thank you. And you have the most fantastic staff possible. I feel genuinely cared about and that everyone has my best interest at heart!

Great hygienists/ Jeanine does a fantastic job. Office (business side) is very organized. Great marketing plan – email marketing and referral program are top-notch. I appreciate the phone reminders prior to appointments.

I am writing to tell you how truly happy I have been with the dental treatment you have given me. The local anesthesia was so painless. You and your team have been wonderful at explaining and showing me, through your use of x-rays and models, the work I needed. From root planing, and now a crown and filling, I have left your office excited about how my teeth are feeling and looking. I wish I had come to you sooner. Thank you for your professionalism, great attitude, sense of humor, and most of all, providing me with this great dental work. I am grateful for your payment plan as well. It has made a difference between procrastination and taking action now.

I have always been terrified of the dentist. This was my first visit in 2 years. Whenever I have visited the dentist before pain management was always an issue. Not this time! When I found out I had to have 2 crowns I thought I was going to "freak out". Dr. Rice and her staff have been excellent. I no longer need valium or nitrous oxide. Due to my wonderful experience I will definitely follow up every 6 months which I haven't done in 10 years. I am new to this area and would advise those who have fear of the dentist to give Dr. Rice a try.
