China Super Buffet

HORRIBLE FOOD and worse service ever. My husband, children and I went to the buffet at 6:30 in the evening to have a late dinner. We walked in and the place had maybe one or two couples in it. The waitress sat us at a booth in the right hand side away from all of the other couples as we have 3 kids UNDER the age of 5. We placed our orders for our drinks, and took the children to the rest room to wash up. When we came back to the table the drinks were not correct, I ordered a Coke and my husband a Dr. Pepper.... both were Cokes and they were flat. We went to the buffet counter and made our kids plates. My husband ordered off of the Mangolian grill. We all sat down to eat, however my husband could not eat his food because the cook made it too spicy, the other food he got off the bar was not cooked completely. My children had gotten sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was hard as a brick, like it had been sitting there for hours. The sesame chicken was sticky and tough as though it had been on the bar all day. My husband and I had gotten some eggrolls as well... they were not completely cooked, nor was the pepper chicken I had gotten. The fried rice was matted together and dry. Most of the food from the bar was cold or lukewarm... I know the health inspector would like to know about that!

Even after having bad food, what got me was not only the price of it, but the response I got from the manager which was if we had told her earlier she would have brought new food out... HELLO it is a buffet... Are you going to tell me that you are going to bring out a new pan of everything I ordered? I think not.

As for customer service.... they had their children SLEEPING in the booth right behind my family.... I mean REALLY? It's a business, not a daycare and for the fact there was only like two other couples in the restaurant, don't you think you could of put your kids somewhere else???

All together we paid over $40 for myself, my husband and our three kids under the age of 5. They charge half price for children under the age of 5..... kids don't even eat that much when they are that age.... it's just craziness... Oh and to top it off...drinks are extra....

NEVER NEVER NEVER again, will I go to this establishment.... nor will I tell anyone to ...they can expect a bad review from me EVERYTIME I talk about the place because it was just a really bad experience that I would not want anyone else to go through.

awesome food!. the day i craved pho i remembered this place hoping they would have something healthy while being sick . the bean curd vegetables soup was delicious and hit the spot. the cheese won tons are always a delite. the steamed dumplings were off the chain!
