BWW used to be great. This location had a pool table, a dart board, real life female servers, and cool bartenders. Now all you get is poor service delivered by a guy named Ty, who takes your order, then sits down at the table beside you to talk to someone instead of putting it in. This guy is the worst server I've ever had at any restaurant, EVER. Twice, a party of four that I was in left this guy less than $5 combined because he didn't even make an attempt. There is plenty of money to be had from our group. On to the wings...the wings never waiver and are always pretty good, but the beer is flat more often than not and the bartenders have the personality of a mime. I'd also appreciate a full order of potato wedges when I order them instead of a basket half full. I am paying $3.00 for an order, the least you can do is have them actually stack above the basket instead of below it. To echo the fellow who left the last review, there are way too many guys working at this location and it wouldn't be all that bad if they weren't mostly chumps who thought they were way too cool to make you believe that they're actually WORKING. You work at BWW dude, you're NOT looking cool now matter how hard you try. It's a job, we all have them, and you should remember that you're working for tips moron. Sit in V's section(gorgeous, friendly, hella cool blonde chick) and you'll get taken care of and enjoy the experience. Also, for the love of God, fix the big screens and teach your employees how to function them so we don't have to watch some clown flip through the channels for 5 minutes while missing the first round of a fight or a game winning touchdown drive. The Gallatin location will be open in a month so hopefully that one will be good...for at least a couple of months until the good workers filter out and the others come in.

Ask these guys. I say "guys" because I went for a game a few weeks ago and their staff carries more sausage than a waitress at Oktoberfest. I'm all for equal rights. Guys as waitresses, secretaries, stewardesses, you name it. But if you're going to venture into that foray of genderbending career moves - at least do your job right. Especially if you've got more tattoos than a roadie at Ozzfest. But I digress. Our party ordered four different kinds of wings. Each were cold and horrible in their own unique ways. The beer was flat and took forever to get to our table. The music piping loudly over every conversation is like there was some gay satellite radio lost in the late 1990s but it is still sending out a beacon to Buffalo Wild Wings and the Bailey's on Two Mile Parkway. I was lucky. I asked for my check and after 15 minutes I got it. I had exact change. I booked. My friends? They weren't so lucky. I was already getting new shrimp, wings, and other things delivered to the table at the Goodlettsville H**ters before the rest of the party caught up. That's how the slow the service was. Never again, BWW.
Pros: Nearby road to escape to a better restaurant
Cons: Cons? No...they looked more like ex-cons.
