Husband to be's dream come true. So, I think I am probably your "typical" guy, I knew it was getting to be about that time but I didn't really know anything about buying an engagement ring. I went to the typical stores and saw your average rings with average stones, but I wanted something different. I saw the billboard for Elizabeth Gregory and decided I should give it a shot. I was very surprised when I told them I was interested in buying an engagement ring that the first thing they did was educate me on what to look for in a quality stone. With Greg being a GIA graduate gemologist, I could finally understand what those C's meant! He also explained to me the difference in certifications, and that only AGS and GIA are the real deal when it comes to certificates to trust.

I left and came back to the store about five different times before I finally decided on the stone, but man is it beautiful and I know it's high quality and something that will last through the new generations we will pass it on to. Luckily for me I also found the setting of my fiance's dreams! They really helped me to not only find the perfect ring but also educate me on what to look for in a wuality stone. I also found out that when Laura gets the itch for a larger stone (which I am told all women do) that I can bring back her original stone that I bought from them and they will take it back and give exactly what I paid for it to go towards a bigger stone! Now I have our ten year anniversary gift already figured out... now if I can only remember the date!

Great Customer Service, Unique selection of jewelry, Beautiful choices never seen before,. Wonderful to browse, Great service and beautiful jewelry. Many one of a kinds and unique selections!!! Ben and Greg are so helpful!! Brought out several pieces to look at and try on. You can't beat the service, choices and price! The best place in Nashville to find that "special" piece you want to always wear.

There is no other Jewelry Store like it!. I don't live in Nashville, TN, but still would recommend Elizabeth Gregory to anyone. Ben is always willing to send me whatever I need to in order to make my selections. His expertise and knowledge of jewelry is always helpful in letting me know what I am paying for. Their selections are always reasonable and different from all other jewelry stores. After a purchase was made Ben has even called to make sure I was happy with my purchase once I took it home and assured me that If I needed anything fixed or was unhappy that all I needed to do was talk to them about it. Outstanding Service and Amazing Selections makes Elizabeth Gregory the best Jewlery store in Nashville!

Great customer service. Impressive selection of watches.. This is probably the best experience I've had in a jewelry store, so much that I decided to write this review, which I never do. The owner and his son are very personable and extremely knowledgable about their selections. There was no sales pressure at all. My recent purchasing experience was buying a watch and I probably came in at least 5 times trying on many pieces, and they never once pressured me, and never seemed frustrated that it took so long for me to make a decision. The customer service alone was worth it to me, and was definately a reason I decided to give them my business. They carry an interesting collection of watches, ones you don't see everyday. They have a customer for life. Thanks!

Great Customer Service and Selection. I am very picky about the jewelry I wear, I like unique items that reflect my personality. I like knowing I won't see my jewelry on my friend or acquaintance at a party or luncheon. The customer service at Elizabeth Gregory LLC is beyond reproach. Ben and his father take the time to educate each customer in jewelry selection. Best selection, best quality, best price. Elizabeth Gregory is my only jeweler.

Incredible Jewelry, Incredible Service. This day in time, when customer service has ceased to exist, it is truely a breath of fresh air to walk into a jewelry store and be greeted with a smile and on a first name basis. Customer service is alive and well at Elizabeth Gregory!! From unique pieces that you will not find anywhere to a comprehensive display of all kinds of stones and jewelry, this store has it all! I will not shop anywhere else for superior quality and superb customer service, this is the place to go. Having a graduate gemologist from the GIA institute is most helpful when it comes to getting the finest stones and jewelry available. I highly reccomend Elizabeth Gregory for uniqueness and superior customer service!

most honest and reputable. This jeweler is a gemologist and is very knowledgeable about diamonds, colored stones and is also a certified pearl grader and can appraise and and all your jewels at at reasonable cost.

Has the best reputation of any. All colored stones are real and non heated, non treated and most affordable.

If the owner cannot not satisfy your needs, you will be told where and how they can be met.

The store is offers full service, watch and jewelry repair, appraisals, insurance appraisals, all designer goods from New York and Europe.

All watches are Swiss made, Ullysse Nardin and Maurice LaCroix. These 2 companies stand behind their product.

Gregory and Benjamin will stand behind their product and can assist you with all your needs.

They even offer private showings.

Came as friends left as Family!. When I asked my girlfriend to come and look for rings with me she was suprised, but also very afraid of going out looking after hearing so manny bad things about jewelry stores. We went to every store in Nashville, Green Hills, Franklin and then to Brentwood. After going to Elizabeth Gregory we new there was no other store that we felt so comfortable and not pushed to do anything that we didn't want to do. They taught us about Diamonds and how to know what was a good diamond and what was a bad diamond. We were taught how to look for quality so that we to could make our own judgement on what we wanted and not what everyone else thought we should have. Most importantly we were treated like family! No pressure, No lies, and most of all quality that we wanted! Elizabeth Gregory is owned and operated by a Graduate Gemologist and they are educated in the field. I would rather get the truth from a real educated person in the field then one who is not a Graduate Gemologist. I will go back for every jewelry need i have in the future no matter were I live, because I feel I will never find a better jewler anywhere else!
