Exceptional Service and Great value. I have lived in Middle TN 60+ years and have bought Jewerly from many different stores. The friendly folks at Elizabeth Gregory took the time to show us the many unique rings they carry and helped us pick out the perfect one for my wife. Now we would not think of going anywhere else.

Excellent Jewelry Purchase Experience. The rings Ben put together are really awesome! And the diamond is spectacular!! Outstanding job.

My wife loves them. She was amazed at how bright and clear the diamond is.

After visiting with Ben over two years ago, we knew we wanted the rings. But, we were not ready to purchase at that time. I knew then, that when we did purchase, it would be from Elizabeth Gregory. And, knowing that, I had no problems with placing my order over the phone, without even seeing the diamond. Elizabeth Gregory provides the highest quality, and beyond exceptional service.

Creative craftsmanship. I'm new to Tennessee and was looking for a jeweler who could create necklaces from two inexpensive, but beautiful stones. Gregory Meisch spent the needed time discussing my ideas, then created a setting that overwhelmed me with delight. Both necklaces are unique and set off the stones dramatically. In addition, each necklace design is versatile enough that with a quick change of attachment I'm able to wear them with evening attire or jeans. All of this while keeping in mind affordability.

I highly recommend this knowledgeable and friendly jeweler. First-time shoppers or experienced high-end customers will be well pleased with the service and quality.

Outstanding service and selection. The best jewelry store I've ever been in, as the owners' are very friendly, have the "heart of a teacher" and offer a non-pressured sales environment. I am looking to buy a new watch and have limited background knowledge. Ben spent over two hours educating me about watches in general with no pressure to buy. I also sense strong customer support after the sale. Will definitely be purchasing from them.

A great jeweler. Just purchased a 20th anniversary gift at Elizabeth Gregory. What a great store. I received a friendly greeting, they listened to my needs and found just the right gift for my budget. No pressure, no upsell. I'd rather do business with a locally owned family business that provides this kind of service and selection than a large chain anyday.

Quality!. I finally visited Elizabeth Gregory this past weekend to find a gift for my wife for our anniversary and now I don't know why I waited so long. They have a beautiful selection that could match every price point. I wasn't ready to get her the big diamond stud earrings just yet (it's only our 1 year anniversary!) But I think I would like to try and surprise her with something nice for Christmas. I will be back come December, unless I am in the dog house before then!

PAY ATTENTION, YOU MIGHT GET YELLED AT!. I went to pick up lunch at this location around noon. It was really busy and I ordered two sandwiches, a Philly and an Italian sub. The Philly was sent back to the grill and the guy cutting the meat finished with the Italian and was on to the next order before the guy putting stuff on the sandwiches was done with two others he was working on. In an effort to get out of the way I stepped over to the cash register (a mere two feet from the sandwich "dresser", who appearently didn't know how to speak) to pay for my meal. When I was done I stood there waiting to tell the guy what to put on the sub and i must have dazed for a second (i'm hypoglycemic) because before i knew it the meat slicer was YELLING "Ma'am! What do you want on the Italian?!" to which i replied at the same volume and tone what i wanted. I guess he was a little embarrassed because after a few seconds i heard him rumbling on to all the people in line about the sub and how people should pay attention. I didn't hear the whole rant because on of his coworkers was in the process of offering me a pen to write on the subs which ones they were. He was very polite and i thanked him for not yelling at me. I am appalled at the amount of disrespect from this guy and will never go back to that location!

Quality and Customer Service - The Best in Nashville. Quality....and then (the best) customer service (before and after the sale) is what best describes Elizabeth Gregory Jewelers. This is not your typical high end jewelry store.....no snobs here...just great people with a lot of knowledge, that they are more than willing to share.....because they know that an informed and knowledgable customer is their best customer. There are no high pressure sales pitches here....cause Greg and Ben really know their product(s) and they know that quality sells. They are 101 % class!!

If you are into watches....you need to go in and take a look at their inventory of Maurice Lacriox and Ulysse Nardin watchs. If you're into precious stones...then you will be amazed! You owe it to yourself to pay them a visit.
