Jay and Adriane are awesome. They saved my now husband from a HUGE diamond mistake from another company in town. They helped us find a perfect replacement diamond for my engagement ring and have it mounted perfectly in time for the wedding. We will definitely use the Yontef's for future purchases and hopefully a diamond and sapphire ring.

I have to recommend Jay and Adriane as I needed an engagement ring with the diamond from the grandmothers engagement ring. I was curious as to why I needed an appointment but when I realized that you get a one on one meeting with them it all made sense. I was taught how to recognize my diamond on the first visit and then got the diamond the same day so I could propose that night. The next thing I did was bring in my fiance so that she could pick out the engagement ring to place the diamond in. They sat patiently with us and worked with her to design the engagement ring that she wanted. They were able to get the diamond in the ring and have it back to me in time to surprise my fiance yet again on her birthday and was she ever surprised. He made me feel like a big spender and I can assure you I was not. We will be back for our wedding rings.

Highly Recommended. My experience with Jay and Adriane was fantastic from start to finish. Jay took the time to sit down with me on numerous occasions to discuss and design my engagement ring. The entire experience (and not to mention the ring) was custom designed specifically for me and my fiance. Jay views the entire transaction as a learning experience for the customer, and it was just that. He makes sure that you know exactly what you're buying and that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. His experience in the industry is evident, and it's reflected in his product. Finally, and most importantly, my fiance absolutely loves the ring. I was a little worried about designing it without any input whatsoever from her, but I really don't think it could've turned out any better. And that's thanks in large part to Jay and Adriane -- thank you both so much!

Thinking OUTSIDE of the BOX!!. Forget going to a brand name store and picking out a ring that is just like that gal who live down the street. J. Yontef will create just about anything, no matter what your taste, that will blow your socks off!!! No two designs are alike, but every single design IS GORGEOUS!! Whether you have your grandmothers ring that you want to incorporate into a new, more modern piece, or skulls and spider webs are your thing, J.Yontef has the creativity to "THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX" and create something unique and special just for you (or your lady friend)!!

The customer service is wonderful, and is run by the sweetest couple, and their dog!!! This was my first "real jewelry" experience, and they made me feel comfortable and even taught me a thing or two!! A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE all in all! I highly recommend J.YONTEF Diamonds and CUSTOM JEWELRY for all your unique and creative jewelry needs!!

Amazing experience!. I am so in love with my beautiful sapphire ring guards that my husband had made for my Christmas present. They match my wedding bands beautifully which had been handed down to my husband by his grandmother

J. Yontef is incredible!. I got my ring this weekend, and I can't stop admiring it! Usually when I look in a mirror I check to make sure I look presentable, now, I look at my diamonds :) :)

My fiancee and I went to J with a few pictures we had taken at Jared's. Not only did he price match what we had, I got a MUCH more beautiful diamond. Neither of us knew a thing about diamonds and clarity, and to be honest I thought i wanted the biggest bang for our buck. Boy was I wrong. I can't get over how sparkly and clear my diamonds are, and that is what EVERYONE is telling me. J and Adriane were able to manipulate a simple picture and few comments into something I never knew was possible. I am SO excited to carry this baby on my finger for the rest of my life!

You will read in some reviews about the time and how long it takes to get the ring done. Well, this is true, but my goodness, coming from the girl who couldn't possibly wait another day- ITS WORTH IT. Go visit them, not only will they create something more beautiful than you can imagine, you will learn about diamonds and be able to talk like a pro :)

J. Yontef Made My Fiance Cry.... My Fiance and I walked into his office without knowing anything about how custom jewelry was made. It was a great experience for J to sit down with us and show us step by step what the process entails. The atmosphere was really nice and very personal.

We went to J with a really bad sketch with pen and paper what we wanted. J took that drawing and ran with it. Everything about the engagement ring was just amazing. He use a lot of diamonds from other pieces of jewelry that I already had and added some a lot more to complete a brilliant ring.

When I went back to pick the ring up, I was just shocked at how he made the sketch come to life. My jaw dropped. When I surprised my Fiance at her office to give her the ring, ( and purposed with a ring this time ) she cried.

One of the best parts along with the amazing work was the price. J gave me a price that was half of what other custom jewelers wanted. Great Job J!

Oh, What a Beautiful Ring. I had been looking for a Morganite ring to match the rest of my set for 2 years and never saw one I liked. I did, however, finally find a gorgeous trillion stone. I bought it and brought it to Jay. He and Adriane and I poured over ring settings until I spied "the one". It didn't take long at all for the ring to be made, and when I saw it I was very, very happy. It's a show stopper, with Jay having added special details to the setting.

Jay and Adriane have created pieces for me before and, not only are they beautiful, but the process is always fun!

Remarkable Find in Today's World. Dealing with J. Yontef was an astonishingly positive experience in a world where there are few such experiences anymore. I can only add my plaudits to those already listed on this site.

My grandmother had bequeathed my wife a beautiful set of earrings with a one-of-a-kind setting and a unique set of matching stones. In a snowstorm at a public event, somehow one of the earrings got lost and all of us were quite upset. We spent hours looking for the lost earring to no avail.

Ordinary jewelers, even "quality jewelers" just looked at us quizically...they had no idea how to match the stone and not much interest in duplicating the setting. We were about to give up completely when we visited Jay and Adriane in their unpresuming premises.

From the moment we walked in the door, our experience changed radically. The Yountefs understood our distress and, after examining the piece, agreed to try to match the stone and to duplicate the setting. And they gave a firm price for doing so. Little did they know the magnitude of the project for which they were enlisting.

It turns out that the stone was a rarity, and the Yountefs spent months going from jewelery stone show to stone show looking for a match. While most would have given up early and just returned the earring, they refused to quit because they understood the importance of the piece to us.

Finally, months later, they were able to locate the necessary matching gems in a gem display in the Far East. They then recreated the original in a fashion completely like the original -- it is impossible to tell the difference.

Even despite all of the unexpected grief this took, and the unexpectedly high price of the stones, they kept to their original estimate because that is the kind of people they are. I was so delighted I would have gladly paid more, but they wouldn't hear of it.

As a buyer of much jewelry from upper tier establishments over many decades, the Yountefs are several classes better than any of them. I can recommend them unreservedly for any project that requires individual attention. You will get it and, based on my experience, they will make sure you are pleased.

I would (and will) return in a heartbeat. You won't be disappointed either.

the best. Their enthusiasm in what they do and honesty is hard found; likened to a hand shake sealing a promise. We came in with our own idea of a design and they were willing to make it! They suggested a few points where it would look better, but were still more than happy to make our drawing happen. Thank the heavens we took their advise, it looks better than imaginable. Trust them and let the Yontifs help you if planning a design, or better yet let them take the reigns and you'll get something even better. An honest and professional experience.
