Very caring and competent professionals.. I have always had a very good experience with Dr. Jeanne and her staff. I am confident that they deliver quality dentistry. They really seem to care about the children they see !

Rude receptionist, unacceptable policy. When I walked in the receptionist was very unfriendly and rude. She did not even greet my daughter or me but asked rather shortly "Who do you have?" As unimpressed as I already was I still decided to go ahead and fill out the paperwork. My daughter was enjoying the salt water aquarium and the games. However, while filling out the paperwork I saw that they had a policy that prohibited the parent to come back with the child. This was my daughter's first trip to the dentist. She was nervous and neither one of us had met any of the staff before. So, I asked that since it was her first time could I accompany her back. The receptionist then told me that they would want her to try and go by herself. I then canceled the appointment and we left.

Yes, the office is nice and inviting but the receptionist wasn't and I found their policy to be unacceptable.

I personally wouldn't even give one star.

Great dentist for kids!. My children enjoy going to Dr. Jeanne. They are not afraid and enjoy playing the games and seeing what new fish they have in their salt water aquarium. All the girls working there are moms so they make my children feel like one of their own.

Do Not Recommend. Front staff requires you to pay up front before they will file with insurance. They also charge above the negotiated contract prices with insurance companies. This practice requires parents to remain in the lobby & they will not let you consult with the dentist when you have questions (front staff said she is too busy). It is hard to book appts because they do not offer convenient hours for children in school. I'm sure Dr. Taylor is fine dentist & but I wish she knew how unprofessional her office staff treats clients.

great service!!!. The staff is WONDERFUL!! They are all great. My 4-yr-old udsually hates to go anywhere but he always likes going to the dentist.

Dr Jeanne Taylor DDS. All 3 of my small children go to Dr. Taylor. She and her staff all work excellent with children.

They have a kid friendly environment and are all very compassionate. My kids actually LIKE going to the dentist. All visits to her office have been positive experiences. I would recommend her to anyone, especially parents with small children.

Wonderful children's dentist!!. My son has been going to Dr. Taylor for a few years now and we love her. We have always had wonderful experiences every time we go. I had to bring him in once for an emergency when he fell at school and knocked a baby tooth out and his tooth cut through the area below his lower lip. It was horrible but they got him in right away and my son and I both felt at ease after leaving their office. I would go there if they saw adult patients!
