Woody's. the cashier is so rude and nonqualify.he has very low business ethics with customer.it is the last place to buy a cigar athough they dont have the fresh tabacco products.many people suffer them and never be back!!!

Woody's Beer and Cigar Selection is Tops in Town. If you live in Middle Tennessee and like cigars, head to Woody's. They have a huge walk-in humidor and their prices are 10%-20% cheaper than Havana's and Stogies (both of which I've tried because they are closer to my office).I always recommend Woody's. Their staff is always attentive to my needs.

Rude Staff. Woody's Smokes and Brews has one ot the rudest, most inattentive staffs imaginable. No one ever seems to be at the register and when they finally show up they act as if they are doing you a giant favor ringing you up.

I have given this place multiple "second chances" because I like their selection of cigars, but never again. It simply isn't worth it.

Great Atmosphere. Awesome and homely atmosphere, always a good selection of beer on tap. The humidor and Cigar quality has much improved.

Just an okay smokeshop. I was a big fan of Woody's back when I only bought beer there but since I've taken up pipe smoking my analysis has changed. The pipe section is small and the staff (obviously none of them smoke a pipe) are indifferent to offering much assistance. They have a sizable bulk tobacco selection in aromatics but the tins are pretty much limited to Dunhill and Stanwell offerings. They will lead you to believe they will special order in anything you want, but don't hold your breath. I've been waiting on some Squadron Leader for some time now and they have yet to contact me, even if to say they don't want to fool with it. If you're a big spender and one of the guys that regularly hang out there you might get better service. I'll continue to stop in there to pick up Paulner Hefeweisen but will take my pipe business to Uptown Smokes in Green Hills. Very helpful staff there........
