Chris quoted me a price for a mattress based on their "price matching policy." When I called back to order it over the phone and pay for it, Judy, the assistant manager, refused to honor the price. She said that he should have never offered to sell it to me for such a low price.
Pros: none
Cons: They don't honor their word or price matching policy.
