We moved to the Portland area after my husband had a transfer to the Nashville area. We met Jeannie Kelley when I called her about a listing she had posted on the internet. She followed up with us as she told us she would and instead of buying the home we had looked at we decided to build a home with a local builder that Jeannie reccommended us to. We then were able to pick the location of the lot and the house plan, colors, flooring, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures and much more. We were able to build our dream home and Jeannie and the builder took care of everything while we prepared to move from Mosouri toTennessee. We love our home and would not change a thing. We would reccomend Garden Gate and Jeannie Kelley for any real estate needs.

I had a delightful experience with the purchase of my new home. We were able to pick out colors and flooring prior to the completion of the home and the process was a smooth and easy experience. I would definatly reccomend the real estate services of Garden Gate and Homeland Builders.

Upon reading the feedback left by Robin B I felt compelled to give my own experiences with Shelia Kelley and Garden Gate Realty and Auction. My family and I have returned again and again to Mrs. Kelley and Garden Gate for our real estate needs. Sheila has been our agent through the purchase of four homes and the selling of three. Simply put, we continue to return to Sheila and Garden Gate for many reasons, but most importantly her honesty and integrity. This hometown agency is in touch and knows the community while at the same time offering national marketing and advertising you would expect only from the big boys.If you desire to build a relationship with an agent or agency based on trust and personal service this is the one. I have yet to meet anyone with Garden Gate that is anything less that top notch! PROS: Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism CONS:
