NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!! How about making sure all your staff knows how to do a basic hair layers???? I went to get a trim and face framing layers yesterday at this facility. I asked for 1 inch off the lenght and face framing layers. I got something that looks more like face framing bangs. Needless to say i am throwing a hissy fit. I shoukd had known better not to go to a place like this. I've had my hair butchered one too many times before. I know my hair will grow back...but still, it's the principle of the fact. What the hell are they teaching at these academies????????????? HOW HARD IS IT TO CUT FACE FRAMING LAYERS???????????? I've had them done since i was 18 and most every stylist has gotten it right. There's no friggin rocket science involved!!!!!!! Why is it so hard for some people to grasp that concept????? it's been around for decades or longer!!!!!!!!!!! Total waste of time and money, it's agamble going to these chains, but i wasn't asking for anything complicated, at all. SO beware.

ALSO: It is really ANNOYING when the customer gets asked for their personal information like phone number and home address. No coupon is worth Great Clips having my home address. This gal asked for mine at least 4 times....WHICH PART OF N-O THEY DON'T GET????? ASK ONCE, THAT'S IT, LEAVE IT TO THE CUSTOMER TO DECIDE, DON'T FRIGGIN BUG THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am an extremely private person, yes i am paranoid, i have my reasons after being a PI and knwoing this information is sold to the highest bidder with no regard of the owner's privacy. I finally got to the point to where i barely get junk in the mail and my cell phone never rings unless it is family or someone i consider worthy of my number. Please stop asking customers for their information!!!!!!!! It is annoying. It's as if every establishment now requires you to get a "reward card" to track your every move or asks for your personal info. Well, guess what, NO MORE!!!!!!!!!! there, i had to rant.

Very Happy with my new hair cut!. I went in Sunday and got my hair did and my sons hair did. the lady doing my sons hair did a good job!! how ever i am never satisfied with my hair cuts, its always cut wrong BUT,,,, Heather cut my hair and done the best job on my hair that ive had done in quiet some time !!! I hope that she stays with grate clips because i will be coming back for her to do my hair next time!!! Thank you Heather! <3 it!!!
