Great Job. Heartland Roofing did a great job from start to finish. The office was pleasant, the salesman took the time to answer my questions (this was the first new roof for me) & help me with my insurance claim, and the workmen had my roof on in a day! You couldn't even tell there was work done on my property except for my beautiful new roof. I've already reccommended them! Thank you, Heartland!

Pleased!. Great job! Clean up was amazing. Price was better than the other bids I received. EVERYONE we spoke with was friendly and we were updated every step of the way. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Helpful Roofing Company. I woke up one morning with water dripping from the ceiling of my bathroom. I called 3 roofing companies & left messages with them all. The only one to call me back was Heartland Roofing. The woman that answered said she would have the repairman call me. Within 2 hours, Jason called me and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. He was prompt and told me that a "boot" around the vent over the bathroom was old & needed to be replaced. He even told me that the rest of the roof looked ok, but if I had any other problems to give him a call and left me his mobile number along with the office number. It didn't cost me an arm & a leg for the repair, either! I recommend this company to my friends.

Satisfied here!. I had a good experience with Hartland. I had a very minor roof leak that kept leaving water spots on my ceiling. Upon my first call I left my information with what appeared to be an answering service. Later, a nice woman called to obtain more information. I didn't hear from anyone all day so I called in the early afternoon to inquire when they were coming out, whether it be today or next week. The lady said that she would have someone call and I did indeed get a call from a roof tech who told me when he would arrive. He spent at least 20 minutes on my roof sealing the few areas that needed sealing and assured me that there would be no more leaks. The service guy was extremely nice, efficient and friendly.

Homeowners Beware!. This company is a sham!

They have destroyed my families home with their shoddy work.

The clerk that answers the phone is a master at delay and deception besides being rude.

The warranty offer is a deception.

1.)This company runs on the odds that only one in 100 will write the Better Business Bureau with a complaint.

2.) Most people will not pursue a lengthy, and expensive court battle while their home is destroyed by the water leaks.

3.)The insurance companies will not cover quality in workmanship.

4.) Remember the BBB has no power to do anything other than record complaints.

5.) Ask to visit their place of business! before you decide if their advertised warranty is valid.

Leaks and More Leaks. We spent the extra money on Heartland for our home's roof replacement because they offered a ten year guarantee. Within a few weeks, we had a leak. The representative they sent out was belligerent to my wife from the moment he got out of his truck, telling her it was "impossible" that the roof leaked. He ultimately repaired the leak, but he was unpleasant and unprofessional. Fast forward nine years - another slow leak revealed itself in front of the house. The Heartland representative's response over the phone was similar to the first instance - before even looking at it, he insisted this was most likely not their fault and would probably not be covered. When he finally came out, he insisted there was nothing wrong with the installation, and proved to be a master of doublespeak in trying to blame multiple other factors for our leaking roof, despite the fact that he couldn't seem to locate where the leak was coming from. The roof kept leaking. Even though Heartland maintained the leak was not their fault, they told us that if we had anybody other than their representative get up on the roof, the guarantee would be void. We finally had another roofer examine it. He quckly discovered a slow leak that had been active for a long time and had finally corroded the beadboard ceiling to the point where it had rotted. We spent $1,500 with another contractor to get it fixed. So much for Heartland and their disingenuous "guarantee."
