I needed to have my Nextel phone looked at. I went to the Wireless Direct in Rivergate and not only did I get my problem solved but I found a company that really provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service. If only car repair shops could meet the same standards. David, Nate and Daniel are friendly and provide you with a real experience. I didn't feel as though I was at the mercy of a big corporation. I did feel as though I was among friends. Thank you Wireless Direct for remembering how to treat a customer.
