After writing a check(Don't make this mistake-no charge back option) for a table and chairs with delivery to be in two weeks, nothing arrived-After countless in person requests and phone requests-to find out where our furniture was, we were given excuse after excuse as to why we didn't have our furniture-if our calls were even answered-many times they were not. Finally after 2 months, chairs were delivered-but they were not the ones we ordered! Then a month later the table was delivered-with water damage. After several more months passed, with repeated attempts on our part to get what we paid for-NO LUCK-we paid to have the table repaired, with a promiss of reimbursement. (no reimbursement yet)Now six months after paying for the furniture-we still do not have our chairs! We have had a VERY stressful six months trying to deal with this company as professionals-our mistake-they are NOT professionals! Please, do your homework before you do ANY business with this gallery, we wish we had-everyone in the business we have told our story to, has had similar stories-some worse. We are still in our nightmare trying to get our situation resolved-I can't imagine anyone trusting them to provide interior furnishings for and entire room or house!

I had the misfortune of shopping at this gallery over the week-end -- I was very disturbed to hear the sales associates mocking and belittling a customer who had called the store to dispute a charge -- The sales people were very unattentive, and I left the store very thankful that I had not become one of their targets as the poor customer on the phone had been. The English Gallery will NOT get my business .
