Great dealership, excellent friendly staff.. My wife was looking for a used Harley to start riding again after 20 years. I found a Dyna WG on E-Bay and CoolSprings HD website and emailed them with an offer. Got a call from Marscha who was very helpful, knowlegable and made a deal. Drove from Illinois to pick up the bike and Marscha and the entire staff were very friendly even helped with our hotel accomodations. I would definately recommend this dealership. If I am in the need of another bike , I'll surely give them a call.

These guys are the best !!. I have been all over the area in every H-D shop and these guys are the best in town. Just down the street is another "Harley " shop called Tennessee Custom Motorsports and they are complete idiots. Cooll springs is the best shop around.

very pleased with my 2007 sporster!. Found what i was looking for at cool springs,was treated great,saved money and will go back in the future.Drove from jacksboro TN,to pick up bike,it was better than i expected.A great dealer to deal with!

Save your money for gas to get to another dealership !. These guys are frauds ! They will do and say anything they can to get between you and your hard earned cash.

I'm amazed that "Harley Davidson" allows these guys to be associated with their name.

As a normal part of their "cost of doing business" they use every opportunity to rip-off the buyer.

No matter how sweet the deal; you'll end up getting stung in the end; just like a bee.

***BUYER BEWARE***

Oh, sellers; you should also know that you are being underpaid for any consignments you might list with them.
