Best MD EVER!. I have been seeing Dr. Finke since I was 16- he delivered me just shy of 30 years ago. He is always so professional and concerned. When I was diagnosed with Breast cancer last year, he not only sent a card to me with his office number and pager number, but his home number as well. He kept in constant touch with me to make sure everything was going O.K. He showed so much compassion for me and even told me that if I ever needed anyone to talk to that he was "Water proof" so I could cry on his shoulder if I needed to. I honestly do not know what I am going to do when he retires.

No one could ask for a better Doctor.

fred finke. Richard's dad was also an excellent doctor in Ohio He is now passed away but gave me a beautiful daughter Karen Finke Stone. my best wishes to Richard

Nashville's best OB. My experience with labor and delivery with Dr. Finke was the greatest experience I have ever had with a health care provider. He is one of the most knowledgeable physicians with a wonderful bedside manner. My delivery was PAINLESS! This was my first child and I ended up needing a cesarian after dilating to 9cm Dr. Finke determined the baby was to large to have vaginally. Naturally, I was in tears and very scared because I had never experienced any type of surgery. The nurse (Carrie) at Baptist along with Dr. Finke explained everything in detail and made me feel like I was the only patient on the floor that day. I love Dr. Finke for his patience and willingness to explain procedures. I would recommend him to any expectant mother!

Perfect choice!. This doctor delivered me 29 years ago and my mother has worked with him for years. He is a very kind man and an excellent physician. I dare you to find a better OB/GYN in Nashville.

Outstanding staff, treatment and care. Absolutely the best! His office never overbooks and if he has an unplanned emergency or birth, they will try to contact you and let you know. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. His staff is knowledgeable and can answer most questions, but if you say you need the doctor, that's who you get.

Dr. Finke is caring and professional, calm and always willing to answer questions. He has never rushed me through an exam in 30 years. He also never tells me something doesn't hurt. And I swear his staff warms the speculums.

He delievered my children and my grandchildren. I now live an hour away and have changed all my doctors, except for him.

my MD. If you are looking for someone that cares for you he's your MD. He will spend time to explain and discuss. Waiting time is not much unless he is out for an unplanned emergency and then the staff will work with you if needed.
