Boooo............ wow...where do I begin? I came in and was pleased with the music playing, and went right to the bathroom because my bladder was going to bust, only to find the floor was drowning in leaky toilet, but whatever...not too big a prob for me..my husband and I placed our order, paid, and waited patiently. Not too long after, our number was called, I picked up our food, and when I sat down, realized my salad I ordered had been tossed in the regular dressing and I had asked for ranch instead on the side. No prob, still not mad...went back up and explained the problem, which the cashier actually rang up correctly, and he told the hispanics in the open "kitchen" that it was wrong and they needed to make a new one. After some interesting conversation I didn't understand, I watched the hispanics dig into the salad mix, then the tomatoes, then whatever else, with their bare hands(no gloves). My salad landed on the other side without mandarin oranges(which was supposed to be there), WITH chow mein noodles(which I asked to be left off), only 3 1/2 strips of "chicken", and ranch dressing drenching the salad. I had asked for it on the side but oh well...I dug in anyway and after about 4 bites, realized I didn't care for ranch soup. I'm not sure that my rottweiler would have been able to chew the shoe leather that was on my plate, which they call a piece of bread. NO, I will NOT be back, in fact, I really hope and pray that I don't get sick...
Bad Service. One of the cashiers rang us up wrong. Then the manager came over to "fix it" and he ended up yelling at us (his customers) when we tried to explain that we were charged the wrong amount. Needless to say, we won't be returning. The manager obviously doesn't know how to run a business.
these guys are crooks. Bought 2 cups of coffee, and find out the next day they charged my credit card for $11.87 instead of the $3.30 on our receipt.
Order Bungled and Customer Service was lacking!. For several years I have purchased bread from the Atlanta Bread Companys. I always go in the day before and place my order. Yesterday, I placed an order for two(2) cinnamon raisin breads. I left my credit card number and my telephone number, and a time that I would pick up the order. When I arrived today, I was running a couple of hours behind the time that I said that I would be there and they had sold one of my two loaves. Needless to say, I was sorely disappointed. I felt that they had broken a contract with me. In other words don't bother to place an order and expect it to be there. You can't depend on them!!!!!
Great Eating Place. Atlanta is awesome for it's bread, sandwhiches, and soup. If you go you have to get the Avocado Sandwhich. It's a must!!!
